The sofa wasn't what I expected it to…
The sofa wasn't what I expected it to be the fabric didn't sit on the frame properly it was in a box and had to be assembled which I wasn't happy about , the delivery drivers didn't call half hour before they arrived 😤 they couldn't understand me at all I was so frustrated.

I purchased a round pedestal coffee table just arrived this morning. I am so delighted with it, it’s even nicer than I thought would be. Looks expensive and just suits my room perfectly. Delivery was not too long just couple weeks.

Never received order. Its a scam. They stole my money
Id give zero stars if I could.They stole €66 from me.
I ordered on 19th of October 2025.
It went missing when fastway couriers went bust.
They said they'd dispatched me another.
The website continually updates the delivery date. Today its saying
Between 17 Jul and 20 Jul!
9 Months later!
Its impossible to speak to a person. All chat bots.
They don't respond to email or the WhatsApp chat.
Shocking that this can happen in 2026.

The worst site
The worst site, keeps freezing, especially when I want to ask a question. A virtual assistant does not work and is rubbish. I wanted to purchase a steam shower, and wanted to add on a shower seat... it would be easier to make a seat.... worst site I have ever been on.

Awful experience. Didn’t receive all the boxes for my kingsize bed frame. No screws or attachments. They won’t replace it, or send the missing box even though it’s in stock. I now have a useless large bed frame I need dispose of myself as they won’t collect.

My order arrived and the courier didn't delivered it. The courier claimed nobody was at home and i was at the back of the house. He them took my order alway and wants me to reschedule delivery for the next one week. It was so painful.
