This is our 3rd order with Wayfair.we have always found the furniture to be excellent value for money. Delivery has always been as promised and the van drivers were always happy to deliver to room of choice.

Return collection service a nightmare
I had a very poor experience with Wayfair.ie in relation to a return. They undertook to collect the item again and again on different dates, never turning up. Their courier eventually came to collect it on a day I hadn't been notified of at all! Communication was extremely difficult using their online chat and I was fobbed off many times before finally getting a result, with a huge amount of persistence. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Wayfair.ie.
