I am extremely dissatisfied with your delivery service. Every time I place an order for an item, I only receive part of the shipment first and have to wait an extremely long time to get the full complete goods. This issue is especially frustrating when purchasing large furniture like sofas — I always receive just a small portion of the sofa initially, then endure a lengthy waiting period for the rest of the pieces to arrive.
Additionally, your customer support responds to my emails very slowly, and there are occasions where I receive no reply at all. This whole experience has caused me a great deal of trouble and annoyance. I would never make another purchase from your service if I hadn’t already paid for an entire year’s delivery subscription in advance.

AVOID at all costs
AVOID at all costs. Purchased kitchen stools, arrived in good time, so far so good, unpacked one (of 4) not the quality or look as per website so quickly disassembled and called the following day, we are on day 3 now, have spent considerable time and effort in an attempt to arrange return, get completely different responses from their clearly untrained staff, instructed to bring back to three different locations all of which refused as the items are too large, advised Wayfair; told more incomplete incorrect information, will now be seeking legal advice as no solution fr company. DO NOT USE THEM
