On the first day of February, I ordered an a pair of shoes from way of wade they arrived on February 14 without even wearing them. I tried them on and noticed it was tight. I reached out to see if I can exchange them from a 10 1/2 to an 11 then the ignorance began at first they requested pictures which I submitted six days later they replied, saying the pictures is not sufficient to retake pictures outside in the sun, so I did then seven days later a reply stating that they don’t have an exchange policy and she apologize for not replying because her grandfather died so the entire company shuts down because of a hot air balloon excuse she said that I can return them for a full refund at my own expense, which will cost me $60 to ship this shoes back to them and then in hope to get your refund by sending them over a dozen emails that they will never reply. Avoid this company at all cause go buy from goat or from a a store or online Nike something more reputable store because if your shoe doesn’t fit or doesn’t work for you in anyway whatsoever, you’re stuck with it cause customer service is absolutely zero and horrible. Anything to not give you your money back and by the way, she suggested to return the shoes only within 20 days of the purchase which we’ve been waiting 20 days for her to reply alone just swallow the loss and learn that they are deceiving companies in this world such as way of wade

This is honestly one of the best sportswear brands. I got the way of wade 808 5 ultra v2 christmas, and it not only looks awesome but feels awesome too. I’m not even joking when i say i got 9 compliments from 9 different people when i wore them to school because i had PE. It jumps high, has great traction and super comfy

Purchased shoes for my son. He takes exceptional care of his shoes - like most kids, wears Crocs to his games, and only wears his shoes inside the stadium. Within one month they had torn. They couldn’t have had more than 10-15 hours of wear. Contacted company who offered a $25 cash refund or $35 credit on new shoes. The shoes were more than $200! So please be aware that Way of Wade treat their customers with utter contempt when their product fails. Absolutely would not be accepted under Australian consumer law, so I would caution any Australian - buy your shoes from a physical store where you can go and obtain a proper resolution, rather than an online purchase where the company refuses to compensate you fairly for their faulty product.

My son wore his Way of Wade basketball shoes for two training sessions and 2 basketball games. After a fellow player trod on his food during a game, the toe leather immediately split. It is apparent that they are really poor quality. The customer service did respond to my complaint quickly but only offered me $20 refund or $30 off another pair. I offered to post them back at my expense (we are in Australia), but the would not replace them. Do not buy! Mass producing them cheaply in China, not worth the money at all.

Took a chance ordering from this company in China, but they did not deliver the basketball shoes. They ignored my order and when I contacted them, they told me there were delivery problems without giving a reason and told me to contact the local post without telling me where to go. I paid for shipping and they wanted me to go pick up the shoes from some unknown location. Appalling lack of customer service. It was a mistake trusting this company. I may have to dispute the charge with my credit card provider now. What a complete waste of time.

Ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my son for the basketball season. Order was placed on November 13th,2025, delivery of shoes were made on November 26th 2025. My son wore these shoes for practice and games ONLY!
His shoes tore apart at the stitching of the sole on both shoes with a 4" tear. I emailed the company asking for an exchange for the shoes NOT a refund BUT exchange! There's a 60 day return policy with this company. I notified the company on January 29th 2026 3 DAYS AFTER the 60 day return policy. There answer to this was. "I'M SORRY THAT THIS HAPPENED, HOWEVER, WE HAVE A 60 DAY RETURN POLICY!!" HOWEVER, WE CAN GI E YOU A $30 CREDIT FOR YOUR NEXT PAIR OF SHOES......!" you've have got to be joking! Ik for a fact in past experiences from other companies, that if the date was that close for a return, I guarantee 💯 % they made right of it. Which, in turn, I have given them the business back to them 10 fold! All because of amazing customer service and standing by there product! Ik now, moving forward, i will NEVER purchase merchandise that has any ties to this company!!! Please use caution when purchasing ANYTHING from way of wade. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!

Very disappointed in the return policy and customer service. My son saved up to get a pair of Way of Wade volleyball shoes after making his school team. We followed the instructions on their website for sizing, which say everywhere to not order the usual size and to measure. The size their chart told us to order was smaller than his usual size, but we trusted the information. When the shoes arrived, he wore them prior to his practice to try them out, in the volleyball gym only, quickly realized they were too small, then took them off and played the actual practice in his regular shoes. We inspected the shoes together, cleaned the soles just to be safe, then contacted customer service. They assured us it was fine to return after having tried them on, without tags.
We shipped them back at our own expense, only to receive a response from customer service that the shoes could not be returned as they had been worn. They sent us a picture of the sole with a vague smudge on it that definitely wasn’t there when we packed up the shoes, claiming the warehouse staff tried to clean the shoes and couldn’t. Which is absolutely not true, as those shoes were clean when we packed them up and the picture they sent isn’t even clear. To add insult to injury, they suggested my son sell the shoes himself and offered a coupon. Reading through the reviews here, I see this is a pattern – deny the return, lie to the customer, suggest the customer deal with the problem themselves. In no way did they acknowledge or offer any solution for the fact that their own size chart is what misled us.
Terrible, dishonest, and condescending customer service and a misrepresented return policy mean my son’s left very disappointed after spending his own money on shoes he was excited about. Would not recommend buying from them unless you have money to burn.

I have only just ordered and waiting for arrival but customer service have been so helpful and replied same day to my emails about a mistake i made in my order and even tho they had dispatched it they managed to locate my parcel recieve it back arrange a refund all in 1-2 days so i could then correct my order. Was so happy this was so quick and i didnt have to wait to recieve to return. Excellent customer service, look foward to recieving my order
