The team turned up to collect everything on time and managed to clear everything in a shorter period than expected which was very important to me due to having a limited time period to complete the removal of the items.

I would prefer collection windows to be smaller and it would be useful to be provided with probable ETA at some point prior to collection.

Envirowaste are an excellent organisation and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. From initial booking to our furniture being removed, the whole process was seamless. The office staff and the operatives who removed our furniture are helpful and friendly. The operatives went all out to help us. Our furniture didn’t require the larger size vehicle that we had initially asked for, and Envirowaste very kindly reduced the cost for us. We have already made our second booking!

Booked yesterday, last minute really, because I called at 4pm. Spoke to Clarissa and she made a great first impression. Not only she quickly organized the crew to come over the next day, but also did so in a very friendly & considerate way. I highlight it, because doing a bit of refurbishment at the moment I speak to many companies. Many people I talk to often sound like someone died, are rude, and often give me an impression that they don't want my business. That initial first impression is very important. The crew arrived as planned and quickly started to work. 2 gents had a really tough work, because there is no lift and they had to carry lots of heavy stuff downstairs (2nd floor). They killed it. Within an hour they took everything downstairs and loaded it on their truck. We shook hands and they were on their way. Last thing to add, the truck is branded, so it's not some random company -- it sends a message of professionalism and accountability. Really pleased with a final result and such a swift work.

Excellent service from these guys. You get what you pay for (as with everything in life!) and so although cost is significant, the job is done without fuss. Cleared a lot of unwanted furniture in about 20 minutes and off they went. And they arrived as arranged. Lovely stuff.
