Great service and would definitely recommend!

I had rubbish removed today which I booked yesterday. The main bulk of the rubbish was some building rubble but mostly blocks of garden turf and topsoil. When making initial enquires with the office I was asked whether I could bag the soil which I said I didn’t want to spend time doing. The person doing the booking said she would speak with her supervisor and get back. She did get back and said that would be okay and they would take it loose.

Today the operatives arrived and said they couldn’t take the turf and soil unless bagged. I said that it had been agreed with your office that you could take it loose. I was then told that they couldn’t and that this happens a lot with their company that jobs are not properly booked in and customers are disappointed! I then spoke again over the phone to the person responsible for the booking and she said she had now been told despite checking this out yesterday that the loose soil had to be bagged but they could take the lumps of removed turf. I reluctantly agreed to bag the loose soil as I didn’t want to have to waste another morning waiting in.

I went off to buy some bags and got another phone call from the office saying that she has now been told that the lumps of turf now also have to be bagged! This is obviously much more work for me than I was expecting. If I had been told all this when making my initial enquires I would have chosen a difference Company. I wouldn’t have minded paying them to bag it for me but this wasn’t an offered option. I carried on and bagged up all remaining soil and turf. Although the two guys who were doing the job were pleasant enough I have to say I had to bag everything on my own and without any offer of help.

I wan subsequently contacted by Daryl one of the directors and explained the situation and was offered some reimbursement of the cost. I was impressed by the concern showed about the situation going wrong and attempts to redress and would consider using the company again on the back of their work afterwards to put thins right

Choose any company but this one!! They showed up with a vehicle that had several bags of waste, though I was paying for an empty vehicle. When the 60 minutes were up, they just quit, even though I was happy to pay the overages and the company had my card. I then spent 15 minutes on the phone with the office debating whether the vehicle was full and the completion of the job, which could have been completed in that time frame. The removalists had told their head office the vehicle was full, when it wasn't. Furthermore, I repeatedly told the drivers that I needed to take a picture of my possessions loaded for documentation, but they did not allow me to do so and drove off. If you want to be overcharged and treated worse than disposable trash, this is the company for you!

This is the 2nd time I have used Envirowaste and I was so impressed by their service, they are my go to company now. Clarissa in customer services is a pleasure to deal with and really makes me feel like a valued customer. The operatives who attended to dispose of my confidential paperwork were very polite, helpful and a credit to the company as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We needed to remove a few items of furniture and found the quote from Enviro to be very reasonable. There was some confusion with the final payment and Daryl was very kind to promptly resolve it to our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend, great to find a company which’s not just there to make money but believes in customer service.

Dan was incredibly helpful and thorough quoting for the job. Communication beforehand and on the day was excellent. The guys who did the heavy lifting were swift, friendly and efficient.

I was worried about how the clearance would go but it was very easy (from my side) and in the end nothing to worry about. The two guys who came along did an excellent job .

House clearance

I have used Envirowaste 3 times recently and each time their service has been excellent! All the staff were helpful and personable and Clarissa in particular was extremely efficient and reliable while at the same time being always calm and friendly!. I always trusted her implicitly to ensure everything worked on time and it did!
I would not hesitate to use Envirowaste again and in fact will do so in a few weeks!

I used Envirowaste for the first time today after locating them via Google and I am well impressed. They were so good I had to leave this review whilst I'm still buzzing over the fact that my ugly rubbish has gone after all these years and it was so quick and easy. The webpage was easy to navigate with no hidden extras or small print. Prices are clearly displayed and explained in a fool proof way so you can choose what you need with confidence. The lady on the phone Clarissa, even booked me in on a shorter window wait, the following day so I didn't have to hang around all day. Two friendly and professional men tuned up, Mark and Jamal.They called up half an hour before arriving and before I could blink, the rubbish had disappeared without trace in less than 10 minutes and they even cleaned up before leaving. Brilliant service and competitive pricing. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.
