Using Enwiro Waste was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it. The guys who came to collect the items were efficient and nice and also the people that organised the collection were lovely and super helpful.

Envirowaste was hugely efficient in their service. They were the only company willing to pick up the waste the next morning and their customer service was fantastic - very quick to respond to queries and made everything very clear and easy. Their pricing was transparent and fixed per item/service and the collection team made sure to check through all our electronics and compare them to the list we had provided so that we could be clear about the cost. The only drawback was the extra £20 charge incurred for narrowing the collection window by one hour, which was necessary as there would have been nobody in the office but ended up being quite a significant proportion of the total price of the service. Overall it was a pleasure to work with you and we will use Envirowaste again.

I spoke to Tara, the business sales executive at Enviro Waste who was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and explained everything really clearly. The main reason why so many stars were given was due to Tara's excellent service. Otherwise I would have given 1 star or none.

Unfortunately, I found the removal men lacked real customer service. They were cold, a little rude, had no manners, and I honestly did not like having them in my flat. I was glad the items that needed to be removed were (in order to make way for my new furniture coming the next day). But, two stars were lost based on the removal mens lack of customer service. I paid nearly£200.00 for a service. It took less than 15 minutes. but you never forget rudeness. I had furniture delivered the next day from various stores, with different men bringing it into flat, and they were very friendly and had excellent customers service in comparison. Compared to what i paid to get the furniture delivered to a specific room, Enviro Waste is a waste of money.

Enviro Waste were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. It was so easy to arrange collection and they came the next day. They came in the allocated time and phoned ahead to we would know when to expect them. They were quick and friendly. Prices are competitive. Great company to work with.

I have nothing but praise for Envirowaste- from Tara who managed to organise for a visit in less than 24 hours; to Mark and Minko who managed to get a huge fridge out of my basement with minimum disruption. The best thing though was that they were willing to go the extra mile doing an unexpected extra job on the day when I had been badly let down by a big department store in delivery/waste. Will definitely use them again.
