Horrible business company
My experience with this company was horrible when we contracted to transport a car or contract says cash on delivery. The driver called and demanded we pay the final balance before we receive our car. This was unacceptable for our contract. He refused to bring the car I had to get the police involved. He took me through so many changes once I paid him. He took my car 20 miles out and wanted me to pick up the car. Our car should’ve been delivered in the city where we live not 20 miles outside where I live he was rude disrespectful in our conversation. He didn’t understand that customer service is very important to your business and he didn’t care he wanted to continue to inconvenience us, and I just feel this company shouldn’t do business at all. This business is not ready Michael Garcia and his children per the driver said that that’s his father of the business so why this is why they can treat us like this because it’s a family business and they think they could do whatever they wanna do and not follow the law. I’m giving you guys warning that if you choose to take this business to handle your property, you better be careful cause they’re gonna ask you for the money before they deliver the car and that’s not part of your contract. Please watch out. Do not let them pull those games that drivers do when they delivering your property I wanna say much more into this, but I want to get it off my chest and say that this is horrible business and I’m just getting warning to you watch out they’re bad business. I figured since he wanted the money upfront and since we’re from Compton California, he thought that we were trying to pull something over him and we are black so of course they are going to be racial about the situation so I’m a leave it at that be careful of this company
