Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles - waiting 5 months for a will. Constantly ignored, they lie that they have called and do not provide the service purchased. Avoid at all costs!
Wow response is even worse. My husband paid years ago and should be able to update his will whenever he needs to. Shocking! My husband hasn’t received his will update in 5 months!!!

You took out a new will whilst your husband was updating his and we have done the work but you haven’t yet paid us for this service, we require payment before we can post you your will. Please call us on 01179151863 as you haven’t answered our calls to you and make payment. Any problems please email - ceo@wdsassociates.co.uk
UPDATE - That is correct, your husband is entitled to free will updates whenever he wishes. However, the will for you is chargeable and you haven’t yet paid for it.
