Lance was very helpful, informative and friendly. All queries answered.

Abim called at the agreed time, via whatsapp video calling,saving me an hours journey to WDS. He was polite, efficient and done everything that he said he was going to do. This was my first time in dealing with WDS and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

A quick phone-call to arrange a home visit from mine in Bristol and a few days later this was fully arranged with a visit from Lance.

All dealt with promptly and the communication was great from Lance.
