Bazoo are making a difference, by supplying us with bamboo products that help save the environment.
I started being a customer last year and I can tell you that they have integrity, honesty and still provide me with toilet rolls and paper tissues that are good value and a pleasure to use. True, you do need to buy in bulk (like toilet rolls x 48) but that keeps their carbon footprint low, which is admirable. We need more companies like them, so buy their products with confidence!

Good quality product, plastic-free and delivered when needed
This is a good quality product, which seems to last as lot longer than most toilet rolls, with no plastic involved in the product or the packaging. It is sent out at pre-set times of the customer's choice, but a reminder is sent 3 days before dispatch so the date can easily be changed if necessary - and it saves lugging home all those heavy kitchen and toilet rolls from the supermarket.

Great customer service
Put an order in with this company but unfortunately EVRI lost my parcel. I contacted Bazoo and informed them and they dealt with the issue straight away, sending out a replacement which I'm receiving today..I notified them 2 days ago.. brilliant customer service, highly recommended!

Avoid this company. I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. Toilet roll cheap and nasty and not as long as competitors. Because of this I cancalked my subscription but they sent it anyway and took payment. They refused to accept a return unless I paid for it and refused to take any responsibility for their error. Avoid this company.

We would, however, like to clarify what happened. The subscription was cancelled, but the order had already been generated before the cancellation was made. Cancelling a subscription stops future orders; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been placed. This is why the order was dispatched in your case.
When you contacted us, we took the time to explain this with kindness and empathy. We also suggested the option of arranging a return so we can send you a full item price refund, however, this didn't work in your case.
We always try to approach customer service with utmost kindness, understanding and fairness. If something is genuinely our mistake, we will do our best to put it right. Always. Equally, when an issue has occurred outside of our control, we have to be honest about that while still doing everything reasonably possible to help.
As a small business, we also have to apply our policies consistently and equally to all customers. Our policies are designed to keep things fair for everyone while also allowing us to maintain the quality of our products and continue offering them at a fair and affordable price.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel the service has not been good, and we’d like to clarify what happened regarding your affiliate commission.
Affiliate commissions are processed once the relevant referral period has passed, allowing us to check for any refunds, cancellations, order changes or other adjustments before a commission is approved for payment. Our normal process is to allow at least around two weeks before commissions are paid.
Our system is originally for UK. For UK-based affiliates who have successfully added their PayPal details to their affiliate account, payments can then be sent directly once the commission is ready. We never had problems with them before.
In your case, as we have found out that you are based outside the UK, payment details needed to be provided before we could issue the payout. Unfortunately, those details had not been added, which is why the commission could not be sent automatically. We also found that the email address registered with the affiliate platform was different from the email address you were using to contact us, which made it more difficult for us to immediately match the account and verify the payment details.
That said, when you contacted us, we were happy to assist and arrange your payout as a gesture of goodwill, despite the additional requirements for affiliates based outside the UK. We certainly did not intend for your commission to be withheld.
We completely understand wanting to receive a commission that has already been earned, but we cannot send a payment without the necessary payment details and account verification in place. This is a payment-processing requirement rather than a refusal to pay.
We have always been happy to assist when affiliates contact us. Once you reached out, we responded and worked to help clarify the situation. We’re a small team, not an automated system, and we genuinely do our best to assist with individual queries and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We hope this clarifies the situation and that it was not simply a case of your payment being overlooked. Thank you so much.

Easy to use website. helpful customer service people by email. Love the rolls, long lasting, and wrapped with lovely designs of animals, with interesting facts included. They make fun gifts! Good to be tree free, and the paper is not so dark as some bamboo papers, and much softer.

Love bazoo. We have recommended it to all our friends and family. Ethical and fun loo wrappers, we love how they look on our bathrooms. I had an issue where Evri lost our parcel and contacted them and a new box was sent out the same day with a different parcel service. Really great product, and service, great company overall ! Would recommend.
