5* IT Support

After years of "self IT management" we saw some rapid expansion with our IT requirements and quickly realised that although we weren't spending money on IT, we were eating into our staffs valuable time and in-effect indirectly paying for what was really a second rate service as we only knew the basics, or what Google would help us with!

We took on Bluebell IT as our provider in 2023 and since then we have had nothing but stress-free IT! If something breaks or isn't working, Bluebell are on hand to diagnose and resolve the issue. Being a local business, on the rare occasion issues can't be sorted remotely the team are quickly on the road to help us in person.

They have helped us upgrade hardware, software, implement top level security and data backup and much more. With Bluebell IT as our provider we rest easy knowing that should the worst happen, they are on hand to help and guide us through it.

Great company

Bluebell are a very experienced high level IT solutions company.
Their staff are very professional and they will help and support with all queries.
We have been a customer of bluebell for a few years and have never had any issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! Its so bad it feels like a scam company!! They will lie and tell you all sorts of stories to get you to sign. Be especially careful of a salesman called MJ who will lie and tell you there are 30 days cooling off when there isn't and also pretend to book in the install when he really hasn't. As soon as you sign they go quiet and the salesman becomes uncontactable. Customer service is completely incompetent and wouldn't even offer an apology for being given misinformation they just get snotty and send an invoice anyway. AVOID!!

We are disappointed to read your review and are sorry you feel so strongly about your engagement with Bluebell. I have looked in detail into the order you placed with Bluebell and the timeline for our engagements was as follows;

1) You signed the order on the 23/05.

2) At 12:12 on the 24/05 a member of our Operations team attempted to complete a verification call with you, this is a call where we confirm with a client what they have signed up for, the costs, the tenure and deployment schedule, this is our standard practice so as to ensure there is no ambiguity as to what you have contractually committed to. You refused to complete said verification call.

3) As a result, we emailed you at 12:56 on the 24/05 with the details we would typically complete on a verification call.

4) Our standard SLA from signature to deployment is 10 working days, this is to enable our team to verify the order, complete the system build, request the number port and schedule an engineer to undertake the installation, despite this, due to your confusion around the deployment schedule, we had arranged an engineer to complete the installation on the 29/05, you refused this and cancelled the order. This would have meant we would have completed the installation within 3 working days (bank holiday on 27/05), well under our SLA.

I have spoken with the sales consultant who has been with Bluebell for a number of years and I am happy that at no stage did he or would he have advised that installation would happen next day, to my knowledge no telecoms company would offer this as it is simply not practical due to the work involved and resource required. The reason for the invoice was because we had ordered the equipment and licences based on the contract you had signed but subsequently cancelled and there is no cooling off period for a limited company when signing a legally binding contract.

We have been trading since May 2016 and I can assure you that we are not a scam company.

As stated, I am genuinely sorry you are unhappy about your dealings with Bluebell and am happy to discuss this with you on a telephone call or a visit to your site so as to validate all of our engagements as we retain records of these on our CRM so as to ensure that there is complete transparency between ourselves and our clients.

Great company to have as IT support

I've had the pleasure of having the team at Bluebell IT as our for IT support for some time now, and they have consistently provided exceptional service. Their response times are quick, ensuring that any issues we encounter are resolved fast and efficiently. They are always professional and friendly and expertise of their staff make them stand out. Highly recommend Bluebell for anyone in need of reliable and effective IT services!

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS - I was recommended to Bluebell by a friend. However my experience has not been polar opposite. The onboarding process was confusing due to personnel changes at the time of us coming on board (no fault of ours). The member of staff leaving the team after proposing all of the changes to out site causing mass confusion delaying in the work getting started, misunderstanding of what was going to happen. All the time never an apology just excuses to why it was our fault . The internet provided in our office is unable to support us as the strength is so weak. Despite voicing our concerns, we have had to add additional internet with another company in order for us to function as a business. When asking if we can leave the contract as it is unable to be used at all we have been footed with a £3.5K bill despite them being unable to provide the service that they have offered. I would avoid this company at all costs great sales tactics very poor performance.

At Bluebell IT Solutions, we strive to maintain open communication and alignment with our clients throughout every project. In your case, it's clear that there were breakdowns in communication and collaboration on both sides, which led to misunderstandings and frustrations.

On our part, we acknowledge the following and have since rectified:

- The onboarding process was not as smooth as it should have been, particularly due to the personnel changes that occurred during that time.
- We should have ensured a more seamless transition and clearer communication to mitigate any confusion.
- Our project management and collaboration processes may have fallen short, leading to misalignments on scope, timelines, and expectations.

At the same time, we want to address some of the concerns you raised:
- Your availability and participation in scheduled service reviews and project discussions are crucial for aligning expectations and making informed decisions together.
- Introducing new team members to manage the relationship, without proper briefing on the project details and agreements can lead to further misunderstandings.
- Changing project requirements or making purchasing decisions outside of our recommended specifications can impact the overall outcome and introduce additional challenges.
- While we understand frustrations can arise, swearing and verbal abuse towards our staff is unacceptable and goes against the professional conduct we expect from all parties involved.

With regards to your internet services provided by our partner business (Bluebell Cloud Solutions):
- At your new site, it was recommended you take a business grade dedicated leased line, as fibre broadband was not available, but you chose to go for an ADSL service, which was not sufficient for your business needs - completely ignoring our advice.
- We also offered an alternative business grade 5G router with unlimited data - however you decided to go for a consumer 5G dongle from another provider, without a business grade firewall - again not fit for purpose.
- For termination costs which you have mentioned, a member of the Bluebell Cloud Solutions care team will be in contact, to discuss this directly with them and discuss any potential resolutions.

Moving forward, we are committed to learning from this experience and implementing improvements to our processes, particularly in the areas of communication, project management, and setting clear expectations from the outset.

Although we have dealt with each of these items separately, we're disappointed to see that you weren't able to raise with us your wider concerns before leaving this review. We will follow up with further email correspondence in due course.

We had a contract for multiple mobile…

We had a contract for multiple mobile phones. A cap on date as requested was not placed on one of the devices and over £300 was racked up in costs. When I requested a refund for this, the company delayed dealing with it for months and eventually offered me 50% refund for a mistake they had made. I refused and was ignored for months until recently when another staff member reached out for sales. when I mentioned the refund had not been paid I was told I had not requested a cap and when I showed proof I had done so I was told I should not have waited to "claw back" the refund. This company is not acting as an honest broker. I am now initiating a small claims court case against them.
