Working with Daniel and Kristina was a great experience. I found their holistic and balanced approach to both business and my personal well being a refreshing and progressive way of working. They helped me level up in key areas of my work and reveal various blindspots that I hadn't been able to see before. Highly recommended.

Expand your potential.
I started the course to gain more focus, but what I came away with was a complete shift in perspective. The content within the course is in bitesize chunks so you can digest each part before moving on to the next. Working with a small cohort of people on a similar journey was hugely beneficial to share the journey with.
I started to see a change in my habits and behaviours within 2/3 weeks, there is a commitment not to the course, but to yourself and this requires hardwork, but with Daniel & Kristina's input and guidance, it is worth every penny!!!!!

Daniel and Kristina have achieved in Catori & Human 5.0 what should be impossible; an online training program for the mind that is personally tailored to you just shouldn't work, or be so much fun, but it does both.

How do I think they achieved this? They have carefully looked into what can be trained using online tools and created some superb content. They have separated out what needs a personal touch and input from them (and they are available when you need them) and how the delegates on the course can support each other without need for support from themselves.

Highly recommend these guys. Professional and just great people to be around.

Living and Thriving in a Changing World is up to me! Realising that my life and how I live it is nobody else's responsibility but my own. Feeling the pressure, struggling to keep on my feet and making progress was a struggle, it was my will power and determination that kept me moving forward.

On the 9 week H5.O course, I learned that evolving, growing and becoming my best is far easier. It requires some understanding, being empowered with some techniques and focus. Now I am growing, becoming and thriving with ease, enjoyment and self-belief.

Kristina and Daniel have created an excellent programme that for me has set me up to ride the waves of change with joy and excitement as to where it will all lead.

Catori have managed to create a nine week program which allows the participant to go through an amazing journey of self discovery and self mastery. Combining ancient practices with contemporary science, fused with Daniel and Kristina's deep knowledge and passion for this work, means that you get guided with care and compassion into a new and more expansive sense of oneself. We reveal and appreciate the limiting beliefs and parts of us which hold us back, and then experience the process of using practical tools which empower us. Personally, I came into the course wanting to get a fresh perspective and more direction for my work. What I came away with is a greater understanding of myself - knowing I can attract and experience an authentic expression of myself in my work. This is already starting to unfold. I have known Daniel and Kristina for a couple of years now. Both of them give support and guidance whenever you need it. Last December I got to witness Daniel give a presentation on Human 5.0 at an event and was blown away on the value, knowledge and insights he shared. In all my conversations and meetings with Daniel and Kristina I have gained such insight and wisdom. They are very rare people whose knowledge and purpose is immense. You always feel uplifted, energised and heartened by their ability to help others and solve problems, in both a humanitarian and a business sense. In fact, they have struck on something fundamental in that they combine entrepreneurial spirit with compassion for the planet and others. Always a hugely rewarding and positive experience.

I came to Daniel & Kristina wanting to gain a deeper awareness of myself, so I could move forwards towards my full potential. I was feeling slightly lost in the world of personal development, so I started looking for people who I could trust, who had the experience and expertise in their field and already had proven testimonials on how they have helped other people to grow. Having met Daniela and Kristina a few times at workshops they ran in Manchester, I knew this was the right fit for me.

Over the 3 months, a lot time was invested at the front end really getting to know where I was at but also where I wanted to be and who I then needed to become to get there. They were very attentive and were able to ask specific questions which allowed me to identify areas for growth that I couldn't see myself. They provided practical techniques for my use that were targetted towards strengthening self-image; improving the relationship with myself and the people around me, finding personal values and healing practices to identify blockages and remove them. After each session, I felt extremely empowered to make a change in my life, which has continued long after the 3 months. Having a Whatsapp (accountability) group set up with them was helpful to keep me on track. I felt supported throughout the process and whenever I had questions outside of the allocated coaching sessions, they were always on hand to help. They went above and beyond my expectations with the level of care, they showed to help me grow.

After the 3 months, I gained a lot of insight into what was holding me back and more importantly how to move forward with ease. They helped me see a number of blind spots that I was missing. They have truly empowered me to create change life-changing results and for that, I am grateful to them.

Kristina and Daniel are a powerhouse of wisdom, knowledge and coaching. The Human 5.0 is a transformative programme that helped me ground the teachings into a daily practice which allowed me to gain deeper insights into what was and wasn't working; and then take steps to change how I was showing up in my life.
