Ordered back in October 2020, 5 periods later and still have not received the pads.
I have subsequently requested for a refund.
A waste of time on a company that’s great at marketing, but simply can’t deliver
The customer service promised to write to me with update, yet I had to chase them time after time.
It is not a good product when it can’t be delivered!
I've ordered then month ago and now I got an email that they will be shipped in 6 weeks, requested a refund =_= I will buy reusable pads in a different place (and bear in mind those are really expensive pads - waiting time for the price is outrageous)
I made an order in October and am yet to receive a product or information regarding shipping. I noticed in the comment section of their advertisements that a significant number of other customers also hadn’t received their products and the comments section was (and remains?) turned off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they looked like a good intentioned and professional company but it’s gotten a bit ridiculous by this point.
