The website is confusing which led to me accidentally placing a new order rather than editing my existing subscription (even though I was on the ‘subscription’ page). I contacted them immediately to try and cancel this new order but was told it was too late and I have to wait until I receive the order to return and get a refund. This has left me £57 out of pocket which is not affordable, plus I’ve now got to waste my own time trying to return these items to get a refund once the order arrives. This is 2/3 orders with Feel that I’ve now had issues with and I’m very upset and frustrated with it all. When I contacted them to try and cancel the accidental order, they tried to offer me a discount which is what was done on my first order with them that had delivery issues but offering discounts every time something goes wrong is not a quick fix.
I’ve now cancelled my existing subscription because I don’t trust this company.
On the back of the above, Feel contacted me and even though I no longer wish to be one of their customers they were exceptionally apologetic and did everything they could to try and resolve this issue.

Excellent service, wrote a email because un post said my item was delivered on such a date, but unfortunately I didn’t receive on that date, which I contacted feel which they contacted me back straight away to solve problem,
It was next day my delivery arrived so it was un post fault, but feel company did say they would help if I didn’t receive by sending item again, with thanks

Be mindful of the monthly subscription.
They dont have a reminder, just straight take the payment.
I’m in Dubai and with the current situation (WAR) i forgot i had the subscription. I tried to return it but they said it not returnable. There’s nothing they can do as they already shipped my package.
I feel ripped.

They go way and beyond to refund me 50% which I really appreciate. Amy was really patient and professional handling my distress. But unfortunately i never received the subscription package.

Everything is good! I’m currently taking the Omega 3’s and it’s difficult to quantify the benefits. I am taking them primarily for heart health. They taste very much of the sea!

I’ve been using the pro metabolic since November and I’ve lost 3 stone along with healthy eating and exercise and i would really recommend this product. Also I’ve been taking v health and I’ve not had a urine infection since.

Lovely flavours and pleasing results. I have been taking the Collagen type 1 Strawberry Peach and type 2 Watermelon for a few months and will be continuing with my subscription for the foreseeable. The flavours are light and refreshing with no horrible aftertaste. I also love the fact that they are both vegan and gluten free. The only downside is the cost, but I take advantage of the subscription offers and appreciate that the bundles can be tailored each month to substitute one product for another if I am running out or stockpiling too much of a certain product. I have always found the subscription process easy and the flexibility works really well for me. The packaging is beautiful too.

I like the products and the fact they are quality ingredients. There is a wide range of supplements to choose from. I use both collagens and they taste great. I use on and off the algae tablets and teh skin ones. It’s easy to set accounts up and change orders or move products about.

Tried this Feel Vegan Collagen and honestly very disappointed.
The taste was extremely sickly and unpleasant and I struggled to take it consistently. I think it’s the artificial sweetener. Way overpriced.
The bigger issue was cancelling which was far more difficult than it should be and left a bad impression.
Just something to be aware of before signing up especially with the subscription model.
I have since updated this review. I can’t change the taste comment or price but have upgraded this to 2 stars as the head of customer service reached out was very helpful.
He also pointed out there are no artificial sweeteners in the product.

Really great company. I wasn't wild about the flavour (personal preference is for unflavoured) and they were genuinely interested in the feedback I had to give. If they can create an unflavoured version, I will definitely buy from them again.

I mistakingly canceled my subscription due to misreading the price and I realised i’d loose my loyal points/rewards, however upon emailing the customer service team Cam kindly re-added my reward to my new order Thank you 😇

I’ve been using Feel products for years and love them. My income has recently taken a big hit and I’ve had to cut out almost everything that isn’t essential. The Feel products have stayed, that’s how good they are!
I use the multivitamin, which is great quality and gives me peace of mind knowing all bases are covered.
The hair loss supplement is fantastic. I’ve suffered with chronic stress, which has wreaked havoc on my body and hormones etc. As a result I lost a LOT of hair. Within maybe 4-6 months of taking it my hair was as thick as it was before the stress. I’ve gained easily 1/3 of my head of hair.
Finally I use the collagen, which has made a huge difference to my skin. I’ve been on it around two years, and whilst the skin on my face used to be dry, dull and thin, it’s now glowing, and much firmer and smoother. I don’t love the taste but take it every day without fail, because it makes such a difference.
I so wish I could afford other products from Feel, as they truly work. In my experience it’s rare that products like this live up their marketing claims, but Feel is the real deal.
I also really value that everything is vegan/cruelty-free. That’s non-negotiable for me, and I appreciate that Feel actually reflects that in their branding and ethos.

Upon initially being disapointed at having recieved the wrong item johnathon from customer services sorted it all out promptly and my original order was sent straight away and as a good will gesture i got to keep the the collagen i was wrongly sent and who knows i might buy it in the future .great company to deal with .

More importantly after I cancelled my subscription they sent and charged me for 2 further orders and a subscription!
I’ve already returned an unwanted order at my expensive, with another on its way which will need returning. These clowns really don’t take no for an answer!!!

Used the live chat option to sort out a technicality .. which turned out to be nothing more than my poor computer literacy.
Amy was patience personified, explaining what I should do via the live chat .. and then went above and beyond to call me and talk me thru the procedure.
She also then took the trouble to ‘tidy up’ my muddled subscription - another example of my lack of tech-savviness.

I had high hopes for this company but I am afraid I cannot recommend them.
Firstly they charge you and send your subscription overnight with ZERO warning. Subscriptions are common now and who know of any other company who does this? There anre none! Their only response is they are not set up to do this. Why not? Everyone else does it.
Secondly after several emails back and forth where they said I would just have to return the item when it arrived I realised I was meant to pay the postage for this. Why, when they didn’t give me any notification that it was coming? They ignored my emailed questions and just kept repeating the returns procedure. Customer service responses are quick and as they often don't address the question asked I suspect they are done by bots.
Thirdly, even when I wanted to just go on the website and cancel my subscription I had to answer stupid personal questions about my health and there is NO WAY TO BYPASS THIS.
Lastly when finally getting through to the cancel subscription screen they have the cheek to tell you that they will COME BACK TO YOU. As if it is optional.
So in summary, if you have a busy life I would avoid this company as it’s just going to take too long out of your day to manage your subscription and to sort out any issues.
I have not stayed with them long enough to comment on their products but there are others out there
