I have been taking Feel collagen daily for the past 4 weeks and I honestly did not expect to notice it after such a short period. However, my hair is considerably longer and my nails are so much stronger. I am truly impressed and have already converted my daughter so we purchased a big bundle together to not only get great results but save money too. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

I had a issue with an order that I was concerned about. It was escalated to Jonathan in customer service, who was absolutely oustanding. He responded quickly, whilst giving reassurance along the way that he clearly understood my issue, which I appreciated so much. He sorted the problem for me super fast with an excellent outcome. I liked Feel initially. However, they have become more and more scam-like over time. I now have a number of issues with them:
1. In order to login you now *have to* fill out details about yourself and get a "personalised health experience" before you can do anything. It is not possible to bypass this or avoid entering in information. I do not want a personalised health experience. I simply want to buy some products and manage my subscription. When I contacted them to ask about this, I was given the response: "You are welcome to enter placeholder information if you are not comfortable sharing your own."
I do not want to have anything personalised, or to have suggestions and products tailored to whatever details I do fill in. I would just like to be able to access my account and manage my subscription.
2. They do not send you a reminder e-mail before a subscription is set to renew - they simply take the money and inform you that your order has been processed. When I questioned them about this, I simply received the response: "Unfortunately we do not offer reminder emails just yet."
Every other company I know of makes sure you receive a reminder e-mail so that you have a chance to modify your subscription if you need to, but Feel insists that it can't. This feels to me like they want you to forget about your subscription so that they can keep charging you.
3. If you don't want to have cookies set, you have to go through their list of cookies and uncheck them all. This violates the UK GDPR.
There are a few other issues, but these are the most frustrating, as it seems like they're designed to get money and data from you.
EDIT (after response from Feel): what an unhelpful response! They have not provided any clarity or resolution. They say they weren't able to reach me by direct message, but as can be seen from my review, all of the communication has happened through direct messages, via the email address they've provided.
It feels like they've just responded with a generic copy-paste message.

Good product, but let down by poor customer service and broken process. I followed their cancellation process online and was still charged for another bundle.
After complaining to customer service they sent me another link to cancel which was exactly the same link I used before, only after my third complaint was it cancelled manually.
An order was delivered to an address and a country I no longer live in and Feel refuses to admit any fault, claiming I did not complete the cancellation order (twice).
Update:
Feel contacted me and offered a refund for the money I lost and admitted that theirs processed need improving. I am grateful for this gesture and gives me hope in the brand, but would have been great if this could have been done when I first made contact.

I love this company and the products they make. This time for some reason my order got stuck 'in transit' with the courier and had still not arrived more than a week after. I contacted Feel and the lovely Amy looked into things for me. Because she could not manage to sort things with the courier she instead sent me a whole new order! Brilliant customer service as always! Last week my Feel parcel was delivered to somewhere else (no idea where), Evri was no help at all but Amelia from customer service came to the rescue and arranged for a replacement to be sent. This morning my subscription didn't go through, I was in panic mode as I can't be without my Hair support but Cam sorted it out for me. I love their products and their customer service is amazing. Thank you!

Okay, so I gave this a chance, I really did. I have taken it consistently for over a year and ✨️absolutely nothing changed.✨️ I wanted it to work, but it doesn't so I'm going to try Zooki instead, see if that's any different.
Customer service tends to be good, apart from the time they subtly implied I might be lying about not having received my order. Some advice, Feel: if you're going to use Evri (who suck, everybody knows this), you might have to refund orders sometimes. I'd save the 'if this happens again, we won't help' chat because it sounds cheeky and honestly, it made me lose confidence in you. Because, like . . . it's Evri. Of course it'll happen again at some point.
My last order is this month, and as I had some loyalty points to use, I got the magnesium supplement as a freebie to try. I'll take the last tub because it tastes nice and won't do me any harm, but £40 a month for it is kind of crazy to me now that I've tried it. (Also, it doesn't really dissolve very well - there's always gritty bits no matter how hard you stir.)
Overall, very meh, I'm glad others are having better luck but I'm mystified as to how.
(Amended to three stars because of exemplary customer service from Jonathan and Amelia, and the refund of my final order, which was very kind and unexpected. They're a very nice company overall, it just seems that vegan collagen doesn't do anything for me.)

I have been taken this 2 months now, I have started my 3rd box. It suggests to give it 3 months, but I was taken it in the morning as no other direction was given on the box. It’s only when I went online it’s suggested to take 20 minutes before main meal!! If this was on the box maybe I would have noticed an improvement quicker.

I’m really disappointed with this hair support supplement. I bought it hoping it would help with hair growth and thickness, but after using it consistently for several weeks, I honestly haven’t seen any difference at all. My hair looks exactly the same, and I didn’t notice any improvement in strength or reduced hair fall.
On top of that, the capsules have a strange smell and aftertaste, which makes them unpleasant to take every day. Considering the price, I expected much better results. It feels like a waste of money, especially when there are similar products on the market that cost three times less and offer better value.
What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I returned the second batch of supplements and it has now been more than a month, but I still haven’t received my refund. The company confirmed that they received the returned supplements, yet the money still hasn’t been returned to my account.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience both with the product and the service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this supplement when there are cheaper and better alternatives available.
