A trusted former colleague recommended I contact Janet McGlaughlin at Marmion when I was looking for an EA.
Janet took the time to listen and understand the role thoroughly. Not just the skills needed, but the actual character of each candidate, that would ensure a solid match.
She wrote a campaign that accurately described the complexities of the role, and the specifics required. The entire process was taken great care of: from screening of all applicants; shortlisting the candidates; creating an interview schedule, working with me in the interviews to ensure I was able to get what I needed, and maintaining great communication to retain engagement on both sides.
Thanks to Janet I now have a fantastic EA, and when I am next looking to hire, it will be Marmion I go to, and will recommend to others too.

Recruitment agencies are a bit of a minefield and finding a good one that works with good companies is difficult.

All the way through he either answered any calls I made straight away or called me back asap.
At the start we had a discussion about the suitability of the role from both what my new employer needed and what my requirements were.

Marmion assisted me in applying for a job opportunity with a client of theirs. From the first time chatting with them they helped advise and assist, with background information on the company, on how to approach the interview and the care and individual touches are the best I've recieved from any recruitment company previously.
The interviews ( stage 1 & 2) went very well however a last minute change with the company from a budget perspective meant the role had to be retracted.
Even though I was disappointed, Alice was very apologetic and could not apologise enough. These things happen but Alice has gone above and beyond expectations. Even now weeks after she still keeps in contact to see how things are going and is a genuinely lovely person.
Even though the role fell through, Marmion (Alice) have still provided a top Class, professional service and after care.
