A huge thank you to Marmion, Especially Jonny for helping me finding the job that can truly kickstart my future career in IT, Super helpful whenever you need them they’re there for you and always chasing up any jobs when needed. Great laugh too so it feels like you have a friend in recruitment so you don’t need to be concerned cause they’ll reassure when needed and prepare you to be the best and most efficient for the interview. HIGHLY recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service from Marmion, Alice has been amazing, she talked me through the prospective position, taking time to understand my key motivation for changing my role. From day one, I was kept in the loop from Julian who supported me in applying for my new role. Julian called to run through interview preparation to ensure I was fully prepared. Julian was always a call away and always on hand to help out with the smallest issues and questions. I can't recommend Alice highly enough! I got in touch with Marmion purely to get a little information on a role adverstised. I was quickly put forward as a candidate and subsequently got the position. The process was professional, quick yet very efficient with an execeptional level of communication throughout. The thing that struck me most was Alice's supportive nature, infectious enthusiasm and genuine belief that I was a great fit for the position. Alice gave advice when it was needed, but listened to what I was actually saying and understood. Having had bad experience with recruiters in the past, Alice and Sophie were a breath of fresh air!
They we're both super supportive and kept communications open every step of the way. Its very clear that Marmion cares about you as an individual.

Near the end of my application proses there were a few delays on the employers side but Alice was more than happy to keep giving me daily updates on any changes so i never felt forgotten.

If I ever need a recruiter again (hopefully i wont) i will be coming straight back to Marmion

Having loads of rejections after making it to the last stage of previous places I had Interviewed for I was at a stage I was feeling I have lost my confidence and hope .
The first initial call Julian spoke to me about the job opportunity that I applied for. He instantly made me feel comfortable and formed a relationship.
He checked up on me and sent me everything I needed to prepare for my next stage interview and my face ti face interview. Unlike a lot of consultants Julien made sure i was ready and made sure i was set to go. He assured me that for whatever reason if I was feeling nervous or any questions he would be there to help (he was) . I could not have gone through the whole steps if it wasn’t for Julien to push me and feel confident in the best manner. My experience is the best I have ever received when looking for a job. Alice at Marmion. I cannot recommend Alice at Marmion enough. She supported me through the whole process. She spent the time to get to know me, not only as a candidate but as an individual. I recently worked with Julian Williams and Matt Pallister to find a fantastic role in SaaS Sales.

The initial conversation with Matt was insightful, as he provided valuable information on what his clients are looking for in a candidate.

The ongoing process then working with Julian was extremely useful, in terms of being supported at what felt like the right level. What I liked most about this experience was its uniqueness, in terms of knowing that Julian was there to support when needed, but it was up to me to lead the conversation, unless he contacted me with information to benefit the process - every conversation had a purpose.
