I've been using these bars since August 2024 and continue to be amazed by the quality and flavour. I have a sensitive stomach and an environmental passion and both are served well by OGT. The one off... See more

It's an amazing idea, but it tastes like cat food. The flavour it's overwhelming with the texture and it ends up being too disgusting. I was hoping for a more soft cookie and with the designated flavour in a form of a gel in the middle, so I ended up being disappointed. But I reckon not everyone can like the same things.

I decided to give them a try as got so bored of cereal bars. I am not disappointed! Such delicious flavours that actually taste of what they say they are! The eco-friendly factor was just a bonus for me. Great to try something new. I'm hiding them from the rest of my family till I've tried them all ;)

Obsessed with these bars! Taste is amazing, so soft and flapjack like. My favourite has to be the banoffee, they get the flavour spot on! 🍌Love how innovative the edible coating is and doesn’t take away from the bar at all.
Would 100% recommend giving them a go, can’t wait to order more! 😍

What great snack to have whilst out running on the trails.
So glad I picked some up at the National Running Show.
The flavour was great and I love that there is no packaging which is so important these days.
Thank you OGT for a fantastic and tasty product 😁

These were all over my Instagram so I ordered a box of 6 different flavours to try. They came quickly but unfortunately the waxy wrapper is so weird!! If you squeeze out the oaty bit from inside it’s pretty tasty. It’s near impossible to ‘peel’ off the waxy wrapper and it really impacts on the flavour .

Really great idea, nothing worse than going on a run or hike and having to carry back sticky wrappers!
The flavours are great, I have a personal preference for the fruity flavours (banana, mango, cherry, strawberry).
Took them on a raining 2h run, bag was absolutely soaked yet my snacks were perfect.

These bars taste amazing, really good idea that’s one small step towards helping the environment. The people at the NEC event working for this brand were also so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I'm sorry but is noone going to say it...they stink. I don't mean they suck, I mean they literally smell. Bad.
I don't think it's the oat snacks themselves but the "edible wrapper" - which looks, feels and tastes like wax. Actual wax. And you can't really remove it.
Look, I love the idea and the snacks inside actually taste pretty good. They fill you up for ages too which is really good for dieting. I just think there's still a lot of work to be done.

Not for me at all, great idea on paper but the taste is awful unfortunately. Felt tasted like I was eating cardboard covered in beeswax with barely any flavour and Any flavour I could taste was overpowered by the taste of wax. again amazing idea. Delivery was fast enough.

It’s a shame they have chosen beeswax for the coating as I’m vegan so won’t be able to eat these.

Honestly good idea but the smell of the wrappers are horrible, can't enjoy it.

Personaly this wasnt for me! The texture was too much, the outside shell kind of feels like wax, which i know its not. The flavors tasted lovley what i tried, but i cant get over the outside texture.

Customer service was spot on and as this is a start up, they must have worked really hard on this product bless them but the taste is absolutely revolting - I can definitely see why edible wrappers haven’t been done before.
I’ve seen on some of their responses to other reviews that ‘you can just peel the wax if you don’t like it’ but they forget to mention just how difficult and faffy this is! I tried to peel mine and it only comes off in small pieces so took me around 5 minutes to peel just one after I’d eventually grabbed a knife to aid me, and even then the wax coating had left a horrible residue taste on the oat bar itself making it unbearable.
Really shocks me with some of these reviews how different other people’s taste buds must be as I can’t imagine who would genuinely like this product as it doesn’t even taste like food it tastes like something that you shouldn’t put in your mouth - makes me wonder if they aren’t getting staff to place orders just so that they can fabricate a positive review…

After a few chews the taste is really nice. But the first initial taste isn't nice. I ended up taking the beeswax off to eat them. Some were to dry to eat, others were really nice. My 10 year old daughter likes them. It's probably a 5/10 over all. I love the concept tho

Love the concept and I even quite enjoyed the texture of the wax layer. You can smell the wax (which I quite like) but then the flapjack tastes great and I don’t taste the wax layer at all. They look small but they are very dense. Love them!

I saw this subscription service on tiktok and my curiosity wanted to try it, I ended up switching from another snack related product to OGT and what can I say.. the packaging was very well presented, flavours are very mouthwatering and the product tastes very nice. The edible coating is also tasty! I gave some honest feedback and ideas on what I think they should do in the future and I received a very professional and friendly response.
I have very high hopes for this product and OGT. Very good experience and I highly recommend people give it ago.

The concept is great, its a great conversation starter on reducing waste and wrappers and a very fitting idea for cyclists, marathon runners and any other participants in endurance sports. For the general public it’ll most likely be a hit and miss. I didn’t really mind the beeswax taste at first but I resented it a little more each time. However the flavours of the actual flapjack are good and taste similiar to other flapjacks i’ve had though the texture is bit different. I was happy to try these and was quite fascinated by them.
