Questionable
Cannot fulfil orders properly. Terrible customer service, super disrespectful and unprofessional communication, I don’t think they value their customers. They are also incredibly spammy, once you purchase it feels like you are being stalked by a weird creepy cult which is suddenly appearing everywhere. Ironic as trying to get info (on nearly a month) late orders feels like an impossible quest. It is a shame as some of their products are really nice. But as a company there is a disparity bw the image they portray and the reality - I honestly don’t trust the integrity of this company and am reluctant to support them financially going forward.

It took over two months to get my order. When I sent an email inquiring about tracking and my order I did t receive a response. It took 4-5 times to send an email before a “bot” sent a non informative email saying nothing.
Very poor / non-existent support
My subscription was not showing in my account yet orders were delivered and I was charged. I reached out to support who promised me the subscription had been cancelled. (I suspect the issue is Apple’s email masking service not playing nice with Shopify).
Then an order notification was sent. I asked for it to be cancelled but this was not actioned. The order was delivered and I was charged.
Since this time I have spent a great deal of time and have sent many emails trying to resolve the issue but the support team are clearly not equipped to fix this issue. I’ve not been refunded. Email responses are disjointed, slow and the escalations I’ve been promised simply don’t happen.
I’m super disappointed. The products are great but the support is non-existent. If I’m charged again my only option will be to report to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

Missing Order Poor Customer Service
I ordered a bundle end of August and have not had the items delivered. I have a Royal Mail tracking number and can see that Royal Mail has not received the package. I have emailed Plantmade 3-4 times and they have not responded to any of my emails. I resorted to sending them a text and calling them but I there was no response via either method. I have even resorted to contacting their social media accounts X, insta and TikTok no response either. After checking Trustpilot and their socials it's obvious I'm not the only one experiencing these issues with Plantmade. Plantmade should at least contact all their customers and make them aware of any issues they're having at the moment. Not quite sure what is going on but there is no excuse for this poor customer service. I was made to pay for order protect but not quite sure I'm protected. I just want my money back!

Order at your own peril. Good products, AWFUL at just about every other aspect. I had my goods sent to an old address after I opened up an an account with them (thinking that this may improve customer services on their part). The goods were never delivered to that old address and were sent to the post Office Depot and eventually returned to sender. Despite having sent an email with the correct address prior to the original dispatch of goods, the delivery address wasn’t sent (even though I was informed it had been changed) 2 months later, I’m still chasing for a refund. No email correspondence, no calls answered. Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever bought from ever.

I will not be purchasing any goods from Plantmade again. I ordered a bundle which costs £71.39 on 28/08/24 and it has not arrived. I've sent 3 emails and tried to contact them on their socials with no response. I would like a refund but it seems as though I will not be getting my money back. I’ve bought products from this place for my brother, unfortunately Apple Pay changed my address to an old address so i IMMEDIATELY emailed explaining the mistake and included my correct address. I never received my inches pro and after messaging on Instagram and on email several times, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I’ve been scammed out of nearly $60. On top of that, it took a month for my things to arrive, just to be missing something. The products are fine but not worth the headache. Inconsistent Products with ZERO Customer Service
Due to the products being handmade the consistency varies each time I place an order for the Soil. The consistency this time around is like miracle whip. I have called (got the same bogus voicemail) online return (got the same bogus we are unable to locate your order error message and emailed, to obtain a refund or replacement product but there has been absolutely no follow up on my requests. There is absolutely no way to have a successful company and think that you will be able to ignore the complaints of dissatisfied customers. All companies that do that eventually go under.
Disappointing Customer Service!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Plantmade, and while their products are genuinely good, their customer service has been a major letdown. I’ve had an ongoing issue with a missing package for over a month now. I’ve reached out multiple times through various channels—emails, Instagram message, phone calls, and voicemails—only to be met with minimal and unhelpful responses.
I even paid extra for package protection specifically for situations like this, but despite this, my issue remains unresolved. The only communication I received was a generic acknowledgment saying, “Thanks for reaching out! We will be with you soon,” which was sent several weeks ago and has led to no further assistance.
The lack of effective customer support has been incredibly frustrating. It’s clear that Plantmade needs to significantly improve their customer service processes. The delay and poor response make it hard to recommend their services, despite the quality of their products. If you decide to buy from them, just be prepared for a potential headache if issues arise.

I made an order for £178.99 on 5 Aug. I emailed on 10th Aug with a separate query, I received a AI reply saying my enquiry had been passed to the another team and they would get back to me. On 23rd August I went online to find out my products had been shipped to me but i had not received them nor had anyone contacted me about my earlier question. I emailed again, asking for clarification on my order both through the AI chat and via email. To date I have not had any response. I am not happy.

I love these products, but my last order has taken over month to receive shipping information. I ordered July 31st, and it's September 3rd, and still nothing. I've emailed, DMed, and contacted the Plantmade team on the website and no response. Nobody has gotten back to me. It frustrating because while I'm waiting, I had to go back to using my old hair products that don't work as well. I would like some customer service !
