I placed my order on 31st July

I placed my order on 31st July. I tried tracking my order but when I do it says order not found. I contacted them and was told it takes 10 working days. It’s been 10 working days and still have not received my products and sent e-mails no reply. Taken my money but has very poooor customer service. I’d please like my refund back!!! I shouldn’t be waiting this long for a product. If you can’t deliver don’t take my money!!!!

Give it a try! You won't regret it

The order took a little while because of the hudge sale that happened. But I got all my products in one piece and in great condition! I love their products! They help my hair soo much! And the customer service was good too. They responded to my emails when I had questions

I love the products but...

I love the products, I think they work really well but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order 3 weeks ago that still hasn't arrive and I have sent another email to chase but it has not been responded to. this is the second time I have tried to place an order that will likely not arrive.

I hate to leave a review like this but I guess I would still recommend you order but with plenty of time before your products run out.

I love the products but am disappointed…

I love the products but am disappointed with the process regarding delivery.
I placed an order and ordered 2 storms within that order. Eventually when it arrived ( after a very long wait) I only received one storm. Thankfully, I informed PLANTMADE who were very apologetic and said they would send me another bottle of storm. Sadly I still have not received it.
It is a shame because the products are very good

Brilliant products, disappointing customer service

I must say they Brilliant products, very good sales marketing but I find the customer service communication a lot to be desired.

The two times I purchased the products several months apart, they were late but was immediately notified which was fine. In the notification I was promised a refund of delivery costs as well as a free gift products for the lateness which was a pleasant surprise.

However months on, the products arrived, but no refund and no gifts. Why make the promises if there's no intention to keep it? Comes across as disingenuous. Called, texted, emailed to get this rectified but to no avail. Very disappointing.

Hate to do this as I want to support the company, but very unhappy.

Don’t waste your time….

Wow I truly hate to give this company a one star review but I have to be honest. First the arrival time is crazy long. It took so long to receive the merchandise. Then when I did receive the box it was packed so poorly that some of the bottles had broken during shipping (extremely poor packaging for glass items) which messed up the other items in the box!! In checking some items ordered were not included in the box!! After contacting the company I was promised a replacement order which I still have not received!!!!! I spent over $400.00 on items I have not received!!! I think I will have to contact my credit card provider to dispute this charge. I really hate to do this but this company is leaving me no choice. I would not recommend doing business with this company just because of this. I can’t comment on the merchandise because I was unable to use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It had been 3 weeks and all of the products are great and my hair definitely agrees with the ingredients. Looking forward to seeing the long term results. I rated my experience 4 out of 5 based on the processing time. I would recommend some improvement on processing delays for United States shipments. It took 9 days from the day order was placed before processing. However, I am happy someone was able to address my issue within 1 day after reaching out online.

Regrettably, the product's efficacy does not justify its cost. While it lathers effectively, its longevity is inadequate as it disintegrates within a few days. Considering its relatively high price, the product's overall value is not commensurate with its performance.
