Absolutely terrible
-my order has been tracking status at the warehouse since 20 December
- I haven't received the goods
- I haven't received a refund
- I've tried contacting Shrine via all socials and the email addresses on linked in. All contact has been ignored
Check their social comments - I'm not the only one shrine are stealing money from and then using blocking tactics so you can't do anything about it. Notice how you can't speak to anyone?

Anyway, shrine, order number 313147- sort yourselves out and please give me the refund I'm due

Where do I begin , my hair is actually ruined damaged to the point my hair feels like sandpaper and if I try colour correct it might all fall out … I used the champagne toner followed the exact instructions just because I wanted a slightly warmer toned blonde then my platinum blonde hair .. my whole hair turned fully dark brown with hues off green all over it .. I washed it with anti dandruff shampoo as it strips of some colour and my whole hair is fully green and will not come out , my auntie is a professional hair dresser and has stated that she is scared to even touch my hair now to fix it cos it might be even worse it wouldn’t be much of a problem if my hair was long I would of just cut it to where my ends are healthier but my hair is literally just above my shoulders and I literally don’t know how to fix it .. DO NOT USE this product it’s full of crap

I tried to post this on lookfantastic where I bought the product from, as well as the Shrine product site, however neither of them posted my review and this is why I am writing it here.
I used the Shrine bleach kit and it completely ruined my hair. It came out patchy and orange, and I needed a £300 colour correction to fix it. When I consulted my hair dresser she advised this strength of bleach is also not suitable for the scalp as it’s too strong and will burn the skin.
Please be aware before deciding to purchase this product, especially that it seems that Shrine is only willing to display 5 star reviews.

I bought shrine copper from boots, both myself and my daughter inlaw found a lot of breakage and damage to our hair after only 2 usages, I can literally put my hand through my hair and lift damaged strands out, not a good product.

I have read the reviews about appalling customer service so I would like to add that although I didn't actually receive the product,( I don't think it to be the fault of shrine) They have given me an immediate refund including postage.

Used the white blonde toner and it turned my hair blue

Used the Bronde dye kit on hair and white toner on face frame front bits….. the bronde turned my hair green and the toner turned my money pieces blue……… wasn’t a good look!
Should have read the reviews first as seems to have happened to a few,
Taken ages to wash out and my hair feels really dry, won’t be using again
Also the dropper is useless

Good conditioner, but hard to tell as I use the Philip Kingsley shampoo.Absolutely shocking toner I got ash blonde more like ash brown.Will be sticking to Matrix products far better.

Paid extra for expedited shipping, it's now been a week an product is still in Chicago, I asked to have the extra shipping cost refunded and received the run around. Buyer Beware

Used the whole bottle of the silver drops hasn’t really had any affect on my hair. The dye was very thick and wouldn’t work in the dropper. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be buying again. Very disappointed after looking forward to using this product.

Item never delivered.

Delivery company have confirmed this and I have tried to contact Shrine for a refund and have had no reply via email, Facebook or Instagram.

I have written emails and messaged on Facebook messenger to no avail.
Ordered the shrine bronde drops and as I'm in australia, the postage was a small fortune. I was so excited to try it but in the month since it arrived I have not managed to be able to dispense drops ..it's so goopy and no matter what I do, cannot fill the dropper. a rubbish waste of money

I ordered from this company on January 25 and noticed I haven’t received a notification through email or the shop app that my order had shipped. I paid for standard shipping which says “3-8 business days”. I emailed the company on Friday, February 3 to ask where my order was. I included my order number in the email and got a prompt response asking my email, name and mailing address… like seriously, just use the order number and the email address the email is coming from. Regardless, I sent the info right away. A couple days later, I still had no reply to my email with the requested info so I sent another explaining that I am leaving on vacation and need this product to tone my hair. I receive an email the next day saying that they are out of stock of the item I ordered (even though it’s still available for purchase on their website) and they are refunding me.
Unfortunately this puts me a bad position; I don’t have what I need so I am requesting they rush ship me a different color. I have no problem paying the original price but I feel they should cover the rush shipping for the inconvenience.
Why does it take 9 days to figure out you are letting people order a product you don’t have in stock?
Also the item was on sale when I purchased and now it’s back to the regular price. Why would I be expected to pay full price for their error?
So far this company fails at customer service. I will update my review if they are able to make it right.

Listen up....this is the real deal. It took me a couple times of looking at it in the store but finally bought it. I was amazed by the difference. It WORKS! My hair looked 💯..much better. I've spent much more on product but this one is way worth the cost. I'm just a woman who grabbed this up at Wal-Mart...try it.

Absolutely awful! Used this on my balayage hair which it said in the instructions it is suitable for and my dark blonde bits are now green and it won’t shift. I contacted customer services which have been no help at all and are now ignoring me and said that this is only for brunette hair which contradicts the colour guide and the top tips section in the enclosed leaflet. (I note they have now updated the description on the website to say it’s only suitable for brunette hair since I complained) Absolutely disgraceful product and customer services. I would avoid at all costs to avoid an absolute hair disaster. Just what I want before Christmas… at least it’s a festive colour hey?! Jokes… save your money and don’t bother. And from other peoples reviews I’m not the only one who has fallen victim to this misinformation.

Ordered from this company- qualified for free delivery however no items received! Emailed and sent messages on Instagram with no response. Just completely ignoring my messages! I ordered direct however will never order again!

I stripped my hair colour as didn't like it always used demi but went for permanent. Waited 48 hours ordered shrine ash blonde toner followed instructions and wow my hair is fantastic in colour and healthy I had spent so much previously on hairdressers that messed up to the point of having long hair down back to skinhead nearly grown hair over a year and have a phobia now of hairdressers all I will say is thus shrine toner is amazing got the colour and tone I want it's a semi so not as damaging I highly recommend this product and will be using for the foreseeable future

I placed an order on 29th November paid delivery. I have not received order. Contacted them 3 times over 3 days NO RESPONSE. I'll never order from this company again shocking service when things go wrong. My order has not moved in 3 days according to tracking details. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with PayPal. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER 🙁
