Jade is amazing!

Jade was so helpful and so quick to find me a resolution. I contacted the live chat because my leggings has worn and got a hole (quicker than expected) and Jade very kindly prompted an exchange and took care of everything. Amazing customer service!!

Horrible quality for expensive flared tights

Super bad quality on flared leggings. Have only worn to gym a couple of times and the fabric is already getting pilled around the legs. Will never buy anything from here again, scammers

Poor Quality and customer service

I purchased leggings and a hoody from Selfridges at the start of January. Wore the leggings twice and they went bobbly. I returned them to Selfridges with my receipt but was advised I was out of my 14 days to return the item. I emailed Tala direct to see if they could help and explained I'd already been back to the store but was advised to return to the store. I replied and explained the store wouldn't help and it was an 80 mile round trip so I wasn't prepared to drive there again to be told the same thing. Apparently it's company policy nothing Tala can do. Very disappointed with the quality at the price I paid and unfortunately it has put me off purchasing anything else.

Lost order/replacement…

Had an issue with a lost order through Shop Pay from Black Friday sale. The support team was very supportive and response time was quick. Nneka was such a great help and informative through the whole process. Got out my replacement order within a day of investigating. Nothing but great things to say about this brand and the team!

Quality become like fast fashion…

Long time customer, used to have tala pieces from several years ago that haven’t deteriorated…the quality has really gone down the past year or two with their expansion :/ exercise tops pilling immediately, pants already have a hole in them…really fast fashion. Don’t like supporting fast fashion and wasting my money so it’s sad. Designs cute but quality so terrible, none of my other clothes deteriorate like this so quickly

Poor quality items

I love the look of their items, but unfortunately the quality isn't there. I've ordered 3 tops in the past couple of months and 2 of them have ripped at the seams (one has a massive hole in the armpit) despite wearing them once or twice. I never have this issue with other clothing brands, which leads me to believe that TALA clothing is poor quality - not what you would expect considering the price

Exceptional Customer Care

I can't express enough how grateful I am to David for his outstanding customer service and support through WhatsApp. I reached out at the start of January after breaking my arm just a day before my order of two tops arrived, which meant I couldn't try them on. Thankfully, my question was addressed and resolved in just a few minutes, with David extending my return policy. Now that I can try on my tops, I found that one of them didn't fit. I reached out to David again via WhatsApp and was connected to Jodie, who quickly transferred me back to David. Once more, he provided exceptional customer service and arranged for the return of my top. It's wonderful to receive assistance from a professional company that prioritizes its customers!

I love TALA and have never received an item that doesn't become a staple in my wardrobe. I had an issue with a discount code and Jade was super helpful in solving it and retrospectively refunding the discount amount. This brand has brilliant advertising, but the product quality is yet to catch up. I would save your money and buy from a different brand.

I ordered the sculpt seamless scrunch leggings and wore them as advertised in the gym. They are COMPLETELY see-through, I may aswell have been wearing tights. I’ve been doing our RDLs in these not realising that I was completely exposing myself to everyone behind me.

I also bought a top from here which is very flattering however the logos are already peeling off.

I complained about the leggings being see through and after a lot of back and forth I got a refund. But I didn’t get refunded postage which is a shame considering if I’ve known In advance that all I was ordering were expensive tights and I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place.

This brand has brilliant advertising, but the product quality is yet to catch up. I would save your money and buy from a different brand.
