No contact

I have attempted numerous times to contact this company - phone, email & social media. I only want a size exchange but received absolutely no response. Meanwhile, I keep getting adverts from them. Terrible communication.

Comfort and Relief

Purchased these pants for the summer months as they are cotton. They are very comfortable although as I need a large size a bit bulky. Think next time I need a smaller size. Feels good to be able to say that!!!
A great relief to wear on a daily basis.

Not at all happy

Long delay between order and delivery. No response to request for PDF of Invoice with ABN so I can claim the cost from NDIS. I would not reccommend your business to anyone, even if I liked the products.

I can only comment on the service

I can only comment on the service, which is poor to say the least.
I can say nothing about the quality of the product, because after eleven weeks I still haven't received it, and have frankly given up on every receiving it. Money down the drain.

Comfortable Briefs

Having worn the briefs, I also inserted a pad to preserve the briefs from excessive wetness. Although the quality is very good, the cost of 4 pairs of briefs ($110) seemed a lot and I have returned to wearing my normal briefs with a pad for everyday use. However, it is good to know that I have 4 pairs of washable briefs for future use.

This product is not for me

This product is not for me. Bought 4 pairs but find they are much too wide in the gusset which makes them fold over and are very uncomfortable. Won't ever wear the one pair I opened again.

The garments need improving

These garments to not suit me because I am urinary incontinent. I don’t think that the material for the underwear is suitable as they are not the snug fit that I get with my current underwear made by Magic (trade name). This material is shape wear brief (elasticity) & extremely comfortable. My incontinence is very heavy during the day & your absorbency pads don’t cut it as I’m on fluid tablets. I can wear your garment at night but during the day I have to change the heaviest use Tena pads every time I go to the toilet.
I wonder whether it would be a good idea to perhaps consult with a person who has a problem like mine. It seems to me that all manufacturers of incontinence wear think that you can wear a wet pad after it’s been wet. You can’t because it can cause urinary tract infections that need medical treatment.
I would be quite happy to discuss this issue with the manufacturers of Wearever Australia.

The worst purchase I have ever made

The worst purchase I have ever made. Delivery took nine months. It was extremely hard to get anyone to respond to my requests for information and when the product did arrive it simply wasn't fit for purpose, there is nothing at all waterproof about the pants.
