Not worth the trouble
First, they admitted that there is something wrong with the promo code that has been circulating when I emailed them about the issue. There is no way to prevent the problem when you check everything on the cart before you do the final payment. The only time that you will know that the promo code didn't apply is after making the final purchase & the transaction had been already been processed.
I tried to cancel it after getting the confirmation email but the link to cancel is not working, it only says contact the customer service w/c I did through email.
I would have never bought this brand of scrubs if it wasn't for that promo code because the price as is of this scrubs IMO is not worth it. It is an overhyped brand & as with every overhyped brand, it's just actually thesame as with other ordinary scrubs that you can buy one-third of the price.
This issue has been on Reddit for quite awhile & they have not done anything to it.
