I wanted to order my uniforms but everytime I placed my order something is coming up for cancellation. I reached out to figs numerous times and even asked for a supervisor/ manager on duty but nobody seems to call me to address any issues.

Order online instead
Some of the items I wanted were out of stock + the employees at this location weren’t friendly. They made me feel really awkward when I asked for assistance and when I was waiting in line for checkout even though there were three employees and only one occupied with a customer. No one was busy but still did not help. Also upsetting that the trade in discount went from $50 to $25 off.

This is still by far my favorite scrub brand. I am a little curvy and these hug in all of the right places. I also find their sweaters comparable to Patagonia for a much better price.
