I bought two FIGS outfits from you a year ago. I ordered size S and they fit me well. This time, I ordered the same outfit in a different color, but the pants were made of a different material and didn’t fit me. I wanted to return them, but you told me that returns are not possible from my country—what does that mean???

I ordered a medium for the joggers and I am 153 pounds and they’re very loose on me and the first time I washed them they got stained permanently and all I did was wash the scrub top and scrub bottom (pewter color) not the black undershirt with it and it really upsets me because I spent a lot of money on it and I really wish that I had a pair of small scrub joggers because the ones I have now are very baggy and at 5 foot 3 1/2 inches and 153 pounds I thought medium would be appropriate but it just makes me look saggy.
