terrible company
terrible company! Ordered field jacket and a pair of chelsea boots. when they finally arrived,it took about one month. The coat was the wrong color and the boots were advertised on sale (50% off) and waterproof. well, waterproof means plastic I guess! Poor, poor quality. Do not order from this company! Should be zero stars.
I wish zero stars was an option
I wish zero stars was an option. $79 XL shirt that was a medium at best. Very cheap. Material so thin you can see through it. Zero response from the company regarding a return. ChatGPT wearfolk and you'll see everyone reports the same experiences. Filed a dispute with my cc company.
I have no idea how this company exists
I have no idea how this company exists. The jacket they sent us was absolute garbage and trying to return it or get a refund is a complete scam. How are they not in jail?
I believe this to be a fraudulent…
I believe this to be a fraudulent company that uses photo shopped pictures to market their items, in addition to posting fraudulent refund policies on their website for a bait-and-switch scam.
The clothes did not have garment tags revealing "made with materials", and wash and care instructions. In addition, the items did not have store tags and/or a receipt.
Do not buy from Weakfolk!!
If I could rate this company it would be a zero. My mom sent my son a jacket from this company as a gift; First, the quality was no where near the price she paid and picture/description on their site. Second, it did not fit. You can tell it’s cheap Chinese sizing; as a men’s Large did not fit my 15 year old 140lb kid. 3. When I requested a refund they told me their policy does not allow refunds for wrong fit. When I emailed back a copy of their policy from their website showing that this was not true; they do refund but buyer has to pay shipping. They then told me shipping would be 68$ because they ship from/to Asia. So, long story short do not buy anything from this company. It’s crap quality and they will try to scam you.
Missing Tags on Jacket
Ordered a jacket. It arrived without tags. It is a small or certainly not a medium. I placed it next to other medium jackets from other manufacturers and the sleeves were 4" shorter. Customer service said they cannot help with sizing issues. I told them the tags are missing, and how do I know it is a medium. Phone number cannot be dialed.
They don’t deserve one star.
They don’t deserve one star.
Terrible company.
Waited ages for coat and when it came it would fit a child!
Wish I had read reviews first
Awful - Run Away
Company is just terrible to work with. Ordered product back on 11/29, per their lousy tracking company it supposedly made it to the US 12/23. Crickets since then and it's the first week of February. The shipping company's website/ubdates are a complete joke. When I contacted customer service they had all kinds of excuses. Offered store credits so I could stick around for more abuse but refused to refund. Thankfully I have a great credit card company that fixed it for me in 5 minutes (Chase). Avoid these clowns at all costs.
Wearfolk is selling children’s clothes…
Wearfolk is selling children’s clothes as adult clothing. Ordered a men’s jacket size XL. My wife couldn’t put it on. They said they are not responsible for wrong size. No refunds. Scam garbage. Stay away.
Chinese merchants are thieves!
I can’t believe this company is still operating. Wearfolk is a scam, based in China but with a Florida address. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes which took over three weeks to arrive.. The orthotic features were nonexistent, and the size was more like a 9 instead of 7 1/2. Calls and e-mails have gone unanswered so I am reporting them to the FTC, BBB and State Attorney General of Florida. Simply put, these Chinese merchants are thieves and should be shut down!!!!
Garment sizing is awwful
Garment sizing is awwful. Sent a large which was really a small medium. Refused return. Wanted an adfitional $25 to exchange for larger size. DO NOT BUY FROM WEARFOLK.
I ordered a LEATHER jacket
I ordered a LEATHER jacket, 3x. Took about a whole month for them to send it. $100.00 spent. I finally get it. Fake zippers, it’s not leather, it’s not 3X. I complained and they tell me that it is very important to send them pictures. No. What’s needed is a report to the BBB!
Extremely DISAPPOINTED
I am very disappointed with Wearfolk. The jacket I received was not at all what I expected. The material feels very cheap and poorly made, especially for the price of $114. It does not match the quality shown online. I would not recommend buying from this company.
Wearfolk’s customer service is extremely disappointing. After receiving a very low-quality jacket that was not worth $114, I requested a return and full refund. The company only offered a 20% refund and told me to keep the jacket, claiming I would have to pay to ship it to another country—even though they are based in Florida. I do not want the jacket and requested a full refund, but they have stopped responding. I do not recommend buying from this company.

BAIT AND SWITCH
I ordered what was marketed as a "sweater" which to me means that it has been knit or crocheted with yarn. The piece was over $80. It turned out that this "sweater" was a sweater-looking design PRINTED onto 100% polyester fabric. This was not even REMOTELY represented in the description and photos. When I applied for the return (I did read the small print that there is a 30 day return policy) I was told I could have 20% off my next purchase. I wouldn't buy from this company if I were naked in Alaska and needed covering.
Ordered the Antonella coat
Ordered the Antonella coat. XL. Based my choice on their size chart. Way too small. Fits like a larger medium or a smaller large. Took forever to come when it finally came it was too small. I reached out to them did everything that they emailed back to me and said I needed to do took a picture of it it was unworn with the tags on and they refuse after multiple communications to give me a return address to exchange or return the coat. So disgusted. Stuck with a $130 coat I cannot wear.
Ordered men’s waterproof jacket
Ordered men’s waterproof jacket, poor quality, no tag identifying waterproof , which I doubt it is. Very thin material. Also I noticed a tag of authenticity on product on website, but no tag on inside collar on jacket.
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! SHUT THEM DOWN! This is their response to my return request regarding the extremely poor quality of the items. The stitching was loose, the materials were cheap and flimsy, and the clothing had a damp, mothball-like odor, despite being sold at premium prices: Wearfolk wearfolk.zohodesk.com> Fri, Jan 23, 2026 at 1:05 PM

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
In order for me to process a full 100% refund to your card, our policy requires that the product be sent back to our international processing center.
Shipping cost: International shipping of a jacket (with tracking) is expensive and, according to our terms, is the customer's responsibility.
Loss: Subtracting the shipping cost from the amount you will receive back, your "real" refund will be very small. In the end, you will be left without the money and without the product.
As a way to resolve this now, without you having to spend on shipping or deal with bureaucracy, I can offer you 30% store credit:
No additional costs: You spend nothing on international shipping.
You keep the product: You keep the jacket. Since it's new, you can sell it locally or on resale websites and recover the rest of your money. Liquidity: Adding the value you would receive from a quick sale to the 30% credit I'm offering, you recover your investment much more efficiently than paying for an international return.
Would you like me to activate this 30% store credit now to resolve this issue, or would you prefer I send you the international address so you can check the shipping costs?
Sincerely,
Customer Support Team
Wear Folk is a "bait and switch" scam
Wear Folk is a "bait and switch" scam! Do not order from this company! First, the item I ordered (I should have looked at reviews first), took 3+ weeks to arrive. When finally delivered, it was not the product I ordered. It was a different jacket in a size that did not fit me. In trying to return the item, Wear Folk customer service as responded with "can't we just be positive and forget the entire matter." Paypal should not be associated with this company.
This company makes it near impossible…
This company makes it near impossible to return an item. It seems to be a scam.
