This company is a scam. I ordered a jacket for $80 and what I received looked nothing like the jacket I ordered and was the wrong size. The only way to communicate with them is through email and they try to give you the run around, making it appear as it is your fault and will only offer you credit towards another item or try to get you to pay more money to have them ship the "correct" item; when in fact, I don't believe they even have the item. The quality of what was sent was cheap. Please do not make the same mistake I made in throwing your money away on this non-legitimate company!

bought a shirt, they sent me the wrong colour to the one i ordered. Emailed them 3 times and sent a message on Insta and nothing back.
Absolutely shambolic customer service. They are really going downhill on service and quality. I;ll stick with Universal works, YMC and Wax London from now on

You receive a very personal service and products are cool and feel high quality. Costs about £4 to return which is fair as they offer free delivery, it's also a very easy process.

Love the product, great quality and amazing service, would highly recommend!

Bought shorts online more than two weeks ago - no sign of them being delivered, no response to my email enquiring about my order. Poor service.

Bought a pair of drawcord trousers online from the Folk website. Good style and fit. The online description says "metal zip closure" so I'd assumed that they would have a zip fly, however there's no fly at all! I emailed customer service to suggest that they change the description, but they haven't had the courtesy to reply. On that basis I'm unlikely to buy from them again.

Firstly I've been buying their clothes for the last few years.
My latest order a cream t shirt had a dye stain in the fabric so I returned it but wanted a replacement for holiday.
All I got was a message saying they'd received it and I would hear in a few days.
So a few weeks I've messaged warehouse and left messages on phone.
No answer......I'm not happy Folk have a bad

Incredible brand and a fantastic product. Been a customer for a while now and the quality of the product and customer service is brilliant. Its great to see a British brand continue to deliver quality product consistently.

photos are not particularly accurate so colour and material cannot be seen. Return shipping was exorbitant and customer service slow or non existent. In the end a waste of time and money

Poor experience overall (order 157754)

Ordered shirts that I came across on Google Shopping page (and still does) but one of them did not arrive.

No apology but a scribbled note in the invoice saying I can place an order next month when the item comes in to stock

The first clothing I ordered back in 2019 is still going string and has received so many compliments so a real shame that the service is a let down

Ordered a pair of trousers 9 days ago. Item not arrived. Contacted Folk a couple of days ago who said they would sort it. Seemed reasonable, problems can happen. Then got email from folk saying the item was dispatched. Two days later courier stating they haven’t collected the item yet? disappointed really, especially for something that is not cheap. Wouldn’t order from Folk direct again, seems like there are issues behind the scene. Trying to get a refund now as no sign of product showing up. What a farce!!!

I purchased two items at great expense in May this year , after very little wear of the trousers the material is snagging and buttons coming unstitched, the trousers cost £160 . I’ve reached out to folk 3 times and not had one reply?

Brand quality used to be great but it’s now cheap and second rate .

No doubt the business is in financial difficulty as have endless sales , so may even go under

£5 delivery which takes 5 days to dispatch and still not delivered.

No response to any emails or calls

My order arrived after 4 working weeks. I bought it for a special occasion which was in 2 weeks' time from the order.
I sent 3 emails and called them several times, and left a number on the answering machine, but still, I wasn't able to speak to someone.

For the price of the products, someone would expect a tracking number at least!

Truly awful customer service. I've placed 2 orders with Folk, both have been disastrous. The first one - the wrong items were sent. The second one - the parcel was lost. 2 and a half weeks later after multiple phone calls and emails including being told more than once that my items would be re-delivered the next day I was refunded without notice and no replies to my correspondence regarding my order. They can't handle their sales, clearly don't have enough staff in place and use a poor delivery service. Avoid.

They have now started selling their products at TK Maxx which should tell you all you need to know.

First time ordering from US, sweatshirt looks great and the delivery was super fast.
