Great products; communication not so great.
I ordered two products on 10 January, they were shipped on 2 February. They are good quality and exactly what I ordered. Very happy with them. Not so good was zero communication between order date and shipping date; more than three weeks of silence.

Regarding the delay in sending your order, this was because the items you ordered were backorder / special order items. We did communicate this to you when you selected the item then again at the cart and the checkout and advised that it would take approximately 19 days to get the stock in for you. We don't normally send any further communications unless there is a problem or there is going to be any significantly longer delays than we had anticipated.
Apologies for this but our system just isn't currently able to automatically send out reminders about backordered stock at this time.
