I give pepper a 0. I placed an order in December 2024 and never recieved the products even though I was charged for the items. I have attempted multiple times to reach out, but there has been no response. Essentially I have been robbed by the company and there's a complete disinterest in remedying it. These are not very well made bras
These are not very well made bras, the fabric is soft, unfortunately have no support in front and continually rise up, there is no way to properly adjust front they just continue to stretch, not flattering not fitting, very disappointed, returning both styles.

Can't seem to write a review on their website regarding their product so I'll leave it here. I got my order rather quickly which was great. The color of the bra and the material seem really nice. However, when I try it on, it looks awful. One person on this site said that the cups were too large but for me, it was slightly too small. I got the t shirt bra. It covered only half my breast and then squeezed my axillary area so I can see the extra little fat piece under my armpit sticking out more. It looks gross. I'll go back to my old bras. Im a thicker kind of female who weighs 175lbs and 5'6 who has a little bit of a bigger midsection and smaller size 36b breasts. Their underwear was nice though. Thank you anyway, Pepper.

I made a rather large order on their website. The order confirmation email they sent me included links to view my order or go to their website. When I click on both links they do not work. I cannot find my order on their website to cancel it, the emails they sent me are invalid, I have never received any products almost a month later but yet they have charged my credit card. I have emailed the company multiple times and nobody has responded. I am now having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Do not waste your money !!!
I was very excited about this brand as I am a true B cupper.
These bras cost a lot of money and so I expected the quality and the fit to be reflected in the high price that I paid. Honestly, these bras are really not as advertised and very overpriced for what they are. The cup is enormous for a B with heavy padding and completely flattens my boobs, while covering an enormous area to achieve the ‘push up’
Altogether, a very cheap and unflattering look.
Adding insult to injury, these items are not returnable
I wish I read these reviews before making the mistake of purchasing.
Do not waste your money !!!

I received the bras and they didn’t fit. When I emailed support, I was told they didn’t accept returns for hygiene reasons. I’ve returns bras before, so I’m very upset. I will never buy again.

Colours on website are misleading
I bought 4 different styles, as I was very excited with this brand. What a dissapointment. I received completely different colours from what it was advertised in the website, the “nude buff” is actually WHITE. I can see it under all my white tops.
Contacting them politely and explaining I would like to repurchase the pieces but in a darker shade, as their photos were misleading and that I would like to purchase it with the same blk friday discount, they gave me a 10% discount as a reply, an insult as they give 20% to new customers.
So be aware of colours and customer service here, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this overpriced brand.
The bras are alright, but nothing special and completely overpriced.

Expensive bra and £10 to return (nice fit though)
The bras are very expensive and you can’t try them on to see which size fits because returns cost £10 from the EU! And you have to print the label AND take it to DHL.
As others have said, they do flatter small boobs and don’t gape like many others, but is that just because they size down? I needed a whole size up!

I haven't had the bras for long, but when I received my order, it was incorrect (normally the sort of thing that would merit a low review). BUT when I reached out, it was super easy to get in contact with a real person and get the correct item shipped. To add on, I have a tiny chest, and these are the first bras that have ever fit well and actually lifted without gapping.

Buyer beware. They won't last long.
I bought three bras in 2022 when they were on sale for $40 and $48 CAD, respectively. They fit perfectly and felt great for the first year but then they stretched out and warped so bad they're unwearable. The band is wavy and doesn't stay up anymore, and the straps are about to snap in half because they've frayed so badly. In 2024 the website currently advertises 60% off for Black Friday, and most bras are on sale for $83. That is insanely overpriced, especially for a product that I am certain will fall apart.

Great bra's for small boobs
Great bra's for small boobs. I've never felt this comfortable & confident in a bra.. Even my husband commented that it's the first time that I have a bra that actually fits me.
Other than that the quality is superior, the material is buttery soft and matches the price that you spend for a bra. Worth every $.
And if you use the online calculator and measure as they describe, I doubt that you will order the wrong size. I got the perfect fit and it took 5mins to follow the measurement instructions

Returns from the EU are made completely impossible. DHL will not send them back from Germany and they anyway make you pay. It's a shit company, like all the other reviews have clearly pointed out. Should have read the reviews before buying, do not make my mistake

Does the real Pepper still exist?
I recently ordered 3 bras and three pairs of knickers from Pepper and I have now been left confused, worried and very angry. Firstly, my order took over two weeks to arrive when the company claim it takes 1 week maximum.
When my order finally arrived they were in plastic packaging with Chinease writing on the frot. My previous order from Pepper came in a cardboard box with eco friendly packaging, so this isn't Peppers usual packaging and the Chinease writing makes no sense to me as they're an American company.
Secondly, all three of my bras are a 36A in size, but non of them fit and are too small. The make and design are very cheap and the material is beginning to fray on a couple of them. Also, non of the bras have a label on them to show the size, just a white label with Chinease writing.
Thirdly, two items in my order are completely wrong and have been replaced by one set of knickers and a bra I didn't even order.
I have tried emailing hello@peppersunderwear twice now and have had no response. I am worried another company who is pretending to be Pepper has taken my money and now I have no way of contacting them. I paid a lot of money for these items and feel utterly let down and completely ripped off.
Has anyone else had a similar experience to me? If so, I'd be really grateful for any advice you have or how you dealt with this problem!!

Strap snapped after minimal wear
I purchased 3 bras as a set from Pepper. At £48 per bra these are clearly at the higher end price wise. I’m a 36A and they fitted well but within a bit over a year already one has snapped at the base of the strap. I would not expect this from a bra at this price. It was the bra of the three I had been wearing least! And had been hand washing as advised.
I contacted them and they advised it was out of warranty and offered a measly 10% off next purchase.
I’m really disappointed and would not buy from them again. Simply not worth the money
