My daughter is very slender and has a small band size, so these bras have been a god send for her as a 30A. She's loved all of them, as they do have proper fut and push up, and we've bought many for t... See more

Best bra I've ever owned!
After a kid my boobs got tiny and I've been hating wearing bras ever since. They were all uncomfortable and gave me an annoying gap. I kept on looking at adverts from Pepper but being from Australia I was really scared of buying a bra from the US without being able to try it on. Finally I bit the bullet and used their size guide. It arrived a few days ago and I'm in love. At the end of the day I no longer want to take my bra off. It looks beautiful, makes my small boobs look fantastic and is SO comfortable. I decided to write a review because I want other (small-breasted) women like me to also experience this amazing product

I ordered a few bras to try on and a few of them were not right for me so I returned them. One of the bras that I ordered arrived to me with the tag not securely fastened (it was loose and could easily be removed from the bra). When I returned this bra (I made sure to include the tag), they refused to refund me, saying that it came back to them without the tag, therefore I had worn. I guessed that the tag fell off the bra when it was removed from the packaging by whomever received it. It was their word against mine, and they refused to believe me. I received a store credit for another bra that I returned. When I used the store credit to buy another bra, the price was less than the store credit, so I assumed I could use the remainder for the shipping cost. Well, that was not the case, so I had to pay for shipping and lost the balance of my refund. What a terrible company. I will never buy from Pepper again. I also don't like that the bras have removable inserts. they always get folded/messed up after washing and it's a pain to pull them out and put them back in. They should just make the inserts nonremovable.

I bought a bra. Its.. just really weird. Despite following sizing I did not expect the absurd amount of padding that came with it. Wanted to return, and its using DHL where you have to take it down to a shop if you can find one near you and go through all these hoops about having someone declare and sign and its just a GIANT hassle. If you're in the UK -- don't bother. The bra is not that great quality, does not fit well, and returns are a HUGE pain. After FOUR trips to DHL I gave up and threw the thing in the trash on the way out. £80 down the tubes. Horrible.

I order first time from pepper after seen a lot of advertising. I used the guide for finding the right size, and ordered 3 different models (on sale - but still really really expensive). None of them fit!
The band and cups is just so off, to big bands - and to small cup coverage - the placement on the cups on the band is all off. The dept of the cups is great tho, but it will not work without right size (if you use bigger band size - the body is bigger and most need to have wider/higher bras but not deeper cups), band is to thin and strechy. They need better coverage, good overlap/transition on the sides. Also it's really not made for people using a bit bigger band size, the cups is really making underarm fat pop out, band is to thin. The bralette is so far away in the front that the nipple is falling out - missing several inch of fabric in the front erea (but better on the side). I really understand why they don't have any pictures of people using bigger band size in theyr photos - because it just is a really bad fit, coverage and design.
And ofc. No return.

Pepper makes unlawful use of the OEKO-TEX name as according to OEKO-TEX themselves, advertising and labelling articles for only OEKO-TEX certified components is not allowed. Upon direct request, Pepper refused to produce the label or certificate number. This practice is called GREENWASHING.
Therefore, BEWARE - there is no assurance that their products are indeed safe or free of harmful substances. Shame on this company.
Update: The use of the OEKO-TEX certification does not work that way. It's extremely conniving to think a CLAIM to work with a factory where you cannot even prove your products were made somehow entitles you to use the OEKO-TEX brand. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not purposely playing dumb and ask that you go learn about it yourself: oeko-tex dot com > Our Standards > Labelling Guide. According to the OEKO-TEX brand's policy, the claim and label can only be used on product and marketing materials that promote the EXACT certified product. All your products specifically state "Made sustainably in Colombia. OEKO-TEX® certified." - but this needs to be accompanied by the specific product certificate number for the label. How many ways must I rephrase this? Plus, there are 7 different specific brand labels - so which is it? Even if you're trying to claim a factory you use has a OEKO-TEX STeP certification: "only facilities that are actually certified can be associated with the OEKO-TEX® STeP label and advertised as such. This means that a STeP label may only be displayed in brochures, catalogues or other media in connection with the production facility whose certificate number it bears.
The company-related label shall never be used on products and on product marketing." You're on the product side of things, huns.

I purchased 2 bras from WearPepper. I used the size chart and ordered accordingly. I received these in 8 days. The size chart was very inaccurate, the bras were so tiny, I was busting out the top and sides. And there was zero nipple coverage. I waited until a sale, but now they are saying I cannot get a refund because it was a final sale item. I cannot believe that first-time customers cannot get an exchange or refund if the size charts are inaccurate. I spent 74 dollars on 2 bras to literally throw them in the trash. Do NOT purchase from the company. They do NOT stand by their products!! Their customer service is terrible.

Fair warning, this is about to sound like an ad, but I can't help it. I am 27 years old and have not owned a bra besides sports bras and bralettes since high school because I hated shopping for one. After literal years of receiving targeted ads on instagram for Pepper, I finally decided to buy two (Ultimate Contour T-Shirt Bra and
Limitless Wirefree Scoop Bra). They arrived today and after trying them on, I then spent an hour putting on every single shirt and dress from my closet and felt absolutely amazing. There are items in my closet I avoided because I did not feel confident wearing them braless or with a bralette but now I want to find an excuse to wear these clothes! The bras 1. actual fit me and 2. are so comfortable. I took the size quiz on the website and got 30A (which was the first thing I was skeptical over) but both bras in this size fit wonderfully. I could go on and on, and I have read reviews like this and rolled my eyes but truly I am having a moment for my 15 year old self right now. I cannot recommend this bra for anyone with a small chest who has cried in a fitting room or unashamedly stuffed their bra just for it to feel remotely close to right.

Sizing chart incorrect - I’m usually 34A it took me as 36A which I trusted. Too big & guess what… you can’t even exchange. Useless for international buyers - quality not good as expected either. Shame.
So much potential - just
Don’t deliver.

I ordered these and they came quickly. Good for my smaller bust. I'm in the Chicago area.

Terrible quality. For $80 I would expect at least a cotton lining, no tag, stitching that wouldn't come undone after a week of wearing it, and something that was decently comfortable. The Pepper bra is none of those things. It's cheap polyester/polyurethane inside and out, which is scratchy and rough. The straps fall down constantly no matter how tight I make them. The stitching started tearing after a week, even with only hand-washing, and it doesn't lift so much as it's just a giant foam pad to make your breasts look bigger. Absolute waste. Cheaply-made, uncomfortable, petrochemical piece of trash.

I was dubious after using the bra measure system on the website as it came out so different from the size i usually wear. However, my bra's arrived today and they are honestly the best bra's I've ever had. Fit absolutely perfectly and so comfortable with no gaps at all. I will be ordering all my bra's from pepper from now on and throwing my old bra's out. I wish I'd heard of pepper sooner. Totally recommend

This company is probably good if you're based in the US. If you're not, it's not great. I took their fit quiz to get the correct fit. Ordered the size recommended. The bra arrived and it's a bit too small. I went to look into exchanging it. They don't offer exchanges outside of the US, only refunds. They also deduct £10 from the refund for the cost of the return. So in order to get the correct size I would have had to pay the original £5 delivery fee, the £10 refund fee and another £5 delivery fee. That's £20 in total to get the correct size. As such I decided it wasn't worth returning. So in now stuck with a badly fitting bra. I won't be buying from them again.

I am severely disappointed in my experience with Pepper. First of all, most of the bras fit me pretty welI and I am pleased as it's so hard to find bras that actually fit. I did send some back because the sizing was off. Go with your normal size and not their measurements. The bras do run on the smaller side and these bras will only fit very petite women. The material is definitely cheaper than I expected for their pricing. Do not put them in a dryer and wash them in a bag on delicate or hand wash. Now onto my real issues.. on my first order they added a wash bag and charged me for it. I contacted them after I received my email confirmation and they corrected it. They said it was supposed to be a free gift and they refunded me. Next I did some returns for my money back and I never received my 2nd refund. I have gone back and forth with them for over a week now and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted my bank and I have it in writing that my bank hasn't received the refund. I gave them copies of my credit card transactions showing proof I haven't received the refund. I have been told repeatedly that they processed it and to contact my bank. It seems as if a robot is responding to me because I keep emailing them the documentation showing that my bank didn't receive the refund. They have told me 3 times now they will investigate it only to tell me again the refund was already previously issued. I hate leaving really bad reviews for companies because I understand things can happen, but this is beyond ridiculous now. I will never purchase from this company EVER, EVER AGAIN!!!
Shape and fit on pepper bra was great, but after a year with occasional washing as per the care instructions, the bra strap hoop has caused discolouration/greenish oxidation where it meets the material. I've never experienced this with a bra before, so it is something in how Pepper is manufactured. Poor for the environment and poor for my wallet. It's fast fashion quality with a slow fashion price tag.
JESUS H. I have been trying to reach someone at this company for a week now ! Please someone contact me Virginia Huntley . I returned two bras for an exchange in a bigger size. They were sent in the same box so I returned them in the same box. BUT, I only received one of the bras back. Where is my second one? I love the bras, but I am getting really frustrated with the situation. Can you please help me?
I was looking forward to getting one of these bras. It's nice, but too small. I live in the UK and, despite emailing them, every time I try to fill in the returns form online, I get a message saying I cannot return it. So, have I just given Pepper £40 for nothing?
I was really excited to buy a bra because of all the hype for us small chested women. So, I bought the wire push up bra, but unfortunately i didn't find it comfortable! So I wanted to make an exchange for a new bra, but I had already taken off the tags, (even though I still had the tags, you MUST have the tags ON THE BRA STILL to qualify) therefore disqualifying me from being able to make an exchange or get my money back. So, I requested through the website to get an email from customer service to see if they could make an exception and they emailed me back IMMEDIATELY and gave me a one-time offer of still being able to make an exchange since the bra was unworn/brand new and the tags weren't damaged. Bernalynne and Mandie in customer service took GREAT care of me and made my first time experience at Pepper really great despite getting a bra that I didn't find comfortable. :)
Amazing company. Thankyou for being creative and filling that huge gap in the market for women with smaller figures.
Can't say enough to Thankyou. Will certainly be back for more.
I’ve just gone through all the negative reviews here and it’s a shame that Pepper doesn’t have a better reputation. Regarding quality, I haven’t had my bras long (2 weeks), so I’m only going to comment on my current experience. I may add something if the quality fails my expectations.
I purchased two bras and two matching pairs of underwear during a sale as I cannot afford the full price. I’m in Australia and do like how there was free shipping offered on spending a certain amount. Everything was packaged nicely and my bras fit me perfectly. I didn’t use the size chart, I just ordered my size which is 34AA. This size is nonexistent in Australian shops, so I was astounded to have bras that fit me! I’ve been living in these and have washed them once in a garment bag with no issues (so far). I’ll continue to watch their potential degradation over time but so far, I’m very happy with my experience.
I bought three padded bras. I don't like pads in my bras and I always remove them when I buy them. Oops. I found that when I bend over I fall right out of the pepper bras when the pads are removed. I had already given away one set of pads, but I returned the pads to the other two sets and it was a nightmare trying to get them back in there right. It took me 15 minutes to get one set back in. So the bra fit again and my boobs stayed in it but every time I wash it I have to put the pads back in and try putting in the pads to the left-handed side when your right handed. Or if you're me. I just have a lot of trouble doing it and I hate it. I'm starting to hate pepper. I've spent a lot of money there and they say you can't return their bras once you've taken the tags off. Well how the heck are you supposed to try on the bra and see if you like it without taking that big 'ol mess of a tag off? Never again. The prices are nuts anyway. And don't buy a bra on Clarence! They are on clearance because there's something wrong with them.
