Seeing all the negative reviews here, I kind of feel bad to put a decent review. I just got my first order to test the size, and they fit great. I used their size guide to confirm my size (which was the same size as other brands I have been fitted for - 32A), and the fit was much better, completely eliminating the 'gap'. However, the quality of the bra could be better given the steep price - the cups don't feel as soft or luxurious as higher-end bras I used to buy, but the fit is perfect. The underwear was nice and soft, though. I had planned on getting a couple more sets from them, but I'm a bit concerned about how they will hold up in a few months given all the reviews I have now read here, so will wait to see if they last before repurchasing.

Really feels like a scam. Was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Paid large amounts for shipping and unable to return. Recommend to stay away from this company!

This company has the worst customer service.
I had made an order but recieved zero communication for days. I emailed to cancel order and had an AI response back. This happened 5 times in total which was frustrating. After a couple of days with still no communication, I searched the Internet on how to cancel. I emailed the link on their Web page which they responded to the next day telling me its now too late to cancel.
If they had picked up on service then they would have seen my previous emails stating I wanted to cancel
The whole thing feels so staged.
And the bras are not all that, I've found similar in Asda before.
Definitely be returning.

Pepper encouraged me to reorder during the sale so I could get a better price. Then when I returned the two orders, the warehouse said that 2 of the items were not there. Of course I returned the WHOLE ORDER because they didn't fit. I'm now out $100 with this scam. That's what it is -- A SCAM. They conveniently lose things in the order and charge the CUSTOMER.

Shein can do a better quality than this. Padding ruined after 1st wash only. The bra is soft but the quality is very poor, not worth the price honestly. Don't waste your money in this product ladies.

Mixed experience with this company. I decided to give them a go when they had a sale, as the normal prices are too expensive for me to be interested.

Their sizing chart suggested I needed a large, but that seemed really off for me, so I ended up ordering a small, medium and large and accepted I'd have to pay to return the sizes that didn't fit. I'm glad I did, as I ended up keeping the small. This puts me off ordering their other designs as I imagine the sizing will be wrong again. I dont want to keep losing £10 to return wrong sizes.

I've only washed the bra once so far, and it washed well, but seeing other trustpilot reviews, who knows how it will last over time. I will be handwashing it to try and prolong it's life, but that's such a hassle and I wish I could wash it in the machine like all my other bras.

The size I kept is really good though, it's the best fitting bra I've ever had, and the fabric is super soft and it's really comfortable to wear. I almost forget I'm wearing it.

I guess time will tell how long it lasts, but I won't be ordering any more until I know for certain how well it ages, especially now I've read the other trustpilot reviews.

Worse quality bra I have ever owned. I've purchased $10 bras that have lasted longer than my Pepper bra's. They completely frayed with the elastic breaking apart - like little hairs coming out of the band and even around the cup. This is after about two months of wear. Bear in mind I am washing them in bra bag with all my MUCH older bras. Feels like cheap fast fashion at the price of high fashion. Now I need to throw them away and feel horrible about the additional waste I just created by buying this incredibly low quality bra.

I wanted to give pepper a try since small busted girls like me, bras just don't fit well. A major issue I have with the company is I find it odd that I couldn't leave a review on their website, after purchasing 4 bras from them. Most companies even send me an email inviting me to review but I never received anything. And there's no way for me to review on their site, even logged into my account under past purchases. It makes me question if their reviews are legitimate. Since I couldn't review my purchase on their site, I'm reviewing here instead. I purchased one push up, two best selling tshirt bras and strapless. When they first arrived I was a little surprised at the low quality, but they seemed to fit well, better than other bras, so I kept them. After about one month, the bras started to basically fall apart. I'm very careful with my bras. I don't handwash but I wash them in a lingerie bag, on delicate, cold water and lay flat to air dry. I've done this all my life with multiple brands of bras and never had an issue. After the first wash the bras started to pill. Then the straps stretched out, so bad that they slipped off my shoulders anytime I wear them. The bands around my ribcage stretched out. The cups warped entirely. I couldn't believe the low quality of these! Very disappointed. I kept them for over a year, because I spent so much money on them I felt I had to wear them and didn't want to start my search over. They were never comfortable from day one. I'm giving two stars just because they fit when I first purchased them. Maybe now one else experienced the issues I did, but with all the bought and paid for reviews, plus the marketing out there, I was another person duped by false claims of a great bra.

They're bras are way too flat, Definitely. Not like what the advertisement shows. Their return policy is very unfriendly. " The return QR code can only be generated on the same day that your return request is submitted. If you do not choose to use a QR code today, you will need to use a printed label for this return."

STAY AWAY. POKE YOURSELF IN THE EYEBALL WITH AN ICEPICK IT WILL BE MORE SATISFYING!
One of the worst online companies to deal with. They say free returns.But there is the 9 dollar shipping fee along with the return.
It is obvious they do not shop for clothes online themselves. Buying clothes online is fraught with problems, Returns are a given!
You cannot talk to them only text.
I do not think they realize how insulting that is!

Bike shorts buttery soft until first wash and then they simply fell apart. String came out and that was it.

Horrible quality.

I have emailed the company but they haven’t responded at all.

Updated as of July: I received a response from company and they have replaced the broken shorts.

Very poor quality, lining too large for bra cup and puckering of material used. MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

I ordered without first checking on trust pilot (TP). Then, when I tracked my order, it said I had received it two hours ago, but I was home the entire day and did not received anything.
Then, I saw the reviews on TP and though I got hacked. I decided to contact the company by e-mail anyway and was told within hours that my order was still on it’s way and I should wait until june 5th (the end of the 2 weeks maximum period for delivery).
I just received my order and I’m extremely happy with the push up bra. For the first time in my life, I have a clivage!!!!!! And there is no gap.
I also ordered the strapless bra that doesn’t make me a clivage, but the size is perfect and for once, there is no gap.
I’m very enthousiastic with this company and have finallly found the right bra for me !!!!!
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad on TP. I would recommand to my family and best friends!

The bras I bought were all too small, and I took my measures, so that's a bummer... Two of them cannot be returned and the other one costs me (from Europe) 19 euros to return, so that's a loss of 120 euros for things I'm not able to wear... I don't think that's correct...

Best bras ever! I honestly don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. They fit perfect. It is important to use the size guide as I had to order a completely different size to what I normally wear. The bras seem of beautiful quality. They are definitely on the expensive side and I would to see them a little more affordable.

I purchased the Limitless Wirefree Scoop Bra 6 months ago & the internal padding has worn away already. The front and back basically peeled off the bra & now I can’t use the removable padding anymore. (It has only ever been washed on a delicate cycle)….disappointed considering the price and effort.

Wearpepper is harmful to women everywhere, they're actively taking advantage of their customers through price manipulation and special "discounts" while the product you get is mediocre at best.
Sizing guide is very poor.
Their underwear is a little pricey but they're soft and comfortable. I feel like you'll actually get your moneys worth in this department.

All in all, pepper should be shutdown ... You're better off getting your bras else where.

Horrible. Expensive, yet recieved cheap looking bra. Does not fit. Have to pay and additional $20 to return on top of the initial $15 shipping (I live in Australia). Not worth it at all - false advertising about being a good fit. I have another 34A bra that fits perfectly, yet this sizing is different?

Spent a lot of time weighing up the pros and cons of ordering a bra I couldn’t try on but eventually bit the bullet after a lot of measuring as per their instructions and ordered a size S bra. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight through training & my shape has changed so I needed a bra that would fit. What arrived squashes my already small breasts down at the front. Doesn’t so much hold them as bind them. I’ve tried adjusting the band to all three settings and although the middle one is the correct one for me, I just feel constricted. I live in sports bras mostly & the whole point of investing in a pepper bra was to get something to give a better shape & to wear when going out. So I’m quite disappointed if I’m honest. Wish I’d read the reviews here first because clearly plenty of others are dissatisfied too.

Bought a strapless bra (which comes with attachable straps). I measured myself just as they instructed and ordered a 34A. It seemed to be fine when I tried it on when I first got it but when I wore it the first time, it did not stay up. I had to keep yanking it up to keep it from falling down, which is not the point of buying this bra. I can’t return it because of their return policy (must have tags attached) so I’m stuck with a very expensive strapless bra that I can’t use. How are we supposed to know how it will fit/stay up without wearing it outside the house for a period of time? Won’t be buying another.
