Natural silk expert 

Not genuine silk as advertised. Stitching came loose on the band, tried to return, they offered a 50% refund and suggested I give it to someone else, er what? I said no then they ignored me from that point.

The product is really amazing, it's comfortable to sleep in and it stays on the whole night. Moreover, the team that works in wearsilky did great job. Even though the delivery company didn't manage to deliver my package, wearsilky sent it using a different way and they were staying on touch with me that whole time. So, eventually I can enjoy my bonnet. Thank you!

It feels strange to sleep in a bonnet but I’m getting used to it. Just had to find the most comfortable way to tie it and position my bangs so they aren’t smooshed too flat since I have very thin, fine hair. My hair does fluff right up when I take the bonnet off and I like that I don’t have to pull it up in a ponytail on top of my head or do a low ponytail to the side trying to keep it from tangling during the night. I think the longer I wear the bonnet, the more I’m going to like it.

It’s very difficult to tie where it stays on. I purchased for myself as well as my pre-teen and toddler granddaughters with the same results.

I can’t believe how great my hair looked the next morning after the first time I wore this. I will be wearing it every night- my hub thought I looked cute in it 😊

Great product. However, I ordered an extra that it turns out I did not need, and have been trying to initiate a return/refund. They are likely based out of China, as their website does not have an address. Their customer service offered me half my money back and to keep the product, but I do not want it, and would simply like to return it for my money back. They have been ignoring my emails. Buyer beware!

I haven’t tried this product so wanted to look at their reviews. Anyone with a brain can see that they are posting fake reviews on here. No company receives 4-5 5* Trustpilot reviews everyday. Moreover, these fake accounts have only left one review, a 5* review for Silky. Clearly their products are a scam. Stay away and do your research.

Great product and love the length of the ties so i can tie them behind my head instead of on top.
Customer service was very helpful when there was a glitch in the shipping.

Good luck! It’s been four weeks since I ordered and haven’t received a shipping notice. I messaged them a week ago. After three days they responded asking for the order number (which I provided in the first email). I sent it again and haven’t heard squat.

Can't recommend! This is not silk bonnets! I am educated in textiles and did a burn test on one of the bonnets I received, and without any surprise it is pure polyester, so please bevare of having these products near hot appliances.
I hope that this can keep others from buying false marketed products!

I've never had such an appalling customer experience as with this company. For a start, the products are falsely advertised; they are NOT silk but I stead cheap satin. They took weeks to arrive and upon delivery the flimsy plastic bag was damaged as was the bonnet. I immediately got in touch with customer services but so far they have ignored my messages requesting to return this rubbish. I am absolutely fuming!

Product arrived in reasonable time but the stitching is poor and the ‘silk’ is rough. I have requested to return for refund 6 times but no response. Will need to claim through my credit card.

I ordered a silk bonnet from them on the 18th of march. The estimated delivery time was 4-7 days with DHL tracked shipping. I never received a tracking number. The website continues to show “order confirmed” and it has not been updated since i bought it. It has been almost a whole month and i still haven’t received my bonnet and they are ignoring my emails and dms on instagram. I have reported them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
AVOID SHOPPING HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Customer service is terrible. I’ve messaged their page numerous times in the last week, and emailed the customer support given on their website to try and return my bonnets and have yet to get a response. Yet their page boasts how focused they are on customer service. Yeah right! Now I’m stuck with three bonnets that I no longer want, with no refund. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was looking on this website and placed items in my cart to think before purchasing, while I was looking on my phone as something else, I got a notification that the order has been processed… I did not do this and have emailed them demanding a refund… WHAT THE …..

Think this is a scam. They respond very quickly when you place the order but they are not going to send you anything, I guess, they just grab the money and run.

Good client service. The only problem for me is that I loose the product sometimes in my sleep.

The Silky bonnet arrives fast.

But the product it synthetic and it makes your hair fuzzy in an instant.

All the reviews on site and pictures are fake! Customer service doesn't respond to the demands of a refund.

Please avoid this mistake.

Not silky, this is satin and this was obvious as soon as I opened it. Company are lying to customers and I am going to open a PayPal case.
