What a nightmare with customer services.

This product doesn’t work, I tried for weeks and weeks to wear it and it just came off every night in my sleep. I requested a refund (twice) they ignored this and send an email back saying they would replace the product. Something I didn’t ask for. They emailed again to ask if everything was ok, it felt like a ‘you ok Hun’ sort of email and at this point I’d given up asking for a refund and didn’t reply. They then emailed me 4 more times which I did not reply to and finally a 5th this week which I’ve responded to, asking them not to contact me again. It’s boarder line harassment at this point.

In a nutshell product doesn’t work and customer services are like my toddler asking the same thing on repeat and refusing to leave me alone when I clearly don’t want to communicate anymore

Received item as described and in good condition. The bonnet is very comfortable and stays on! It took a little longer than I expected to receive (18 days from the order date) but customer service has been satisfactory.

My phone grabbed the wrong address and put it as my delivery address. I reached out and they corrected it and followed up. I did receive my bonnet, however, the video I saw stated that you can't pull it off and it stays on. It doesn't it fell off during the night. It's a good quality in my opinion. If you type the ties tight it might stay on but I game myself a headache quickly with that so I unaffortanley don't wear it to bed. I will put it on and let my hair dry in it and it makes it look nice but that's all I can say for it.

It’s a scam!
I ordered an article there Nd foe some reason the order confirmation contained a wrong address. The article never came to me. And their answers are not even taking into account my messages.
Don‘t buy anything there!

I’ve ordered silk bonnets. It was advertised as pure silk. What a rubbish product. It is not silk, it is a cheap quality satin

Total scam. They sent me the wrong items (not even close to what is pictured /described) and refuse to follow the return policy they have on their website. I am filing a complaint with the FBI & would love to see a class action suit against these m0thrfxrs

0 stars! Absolutely horrible company. Never got my order or refund n now they don’t even respond! I’d be fine if I at least got the order but it’s literal crickets!!! Do not order from them makes me think they are scammers

I've recived the order in perfect condition.
I had trouble with the ship and the staff was very kind to answer me in short time.
The products are very soft and it looks like the photos

I never received my bonnet. Have spent almost three months trying to receive a refund and now getting no response from the company. At first they were responsive but now, nothing at all. Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again.

A very good quality bonnet. It'll help keep my daughters hair from drying out and keep it shiny. The ties hold throughout the night without being g difficult to untie in the morning.

Great quality and super comfy to sleep in.

I would love to review the product I purchased three months ago, but I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I’ve emailed customer service six times over the last two months and I’ve yet to receive my product OR my money back. An absolute waste of my time and money I wish it wasn’t too late to report the charge as fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I’ve tried a few different bonnets but this one feels so much better! It’s the head band for me! It’s stretchy and feels like it will be comfortable to wear to bed! Looking forward to trying it!

This is so beautiful. It's soft, and the elastic is snug, yet not too tight. Then the tie makes it just stay on all night. The color is so pretty, exactly like the picture. It's also reversible! Dark pink to light pink 💕 It's everything I wanted, I will buy 5 more in every color! I was skeptical because shipping time was 3 weeks, but I wasn't disappointed. 100% would buy again.

My hair feels softer in the morning, and the frizz is gonet.

Stays in place for both myself and my daughter. We have two very different hair textures and it has helped us both with not having so much ""bed head"". So glad we tried this produce!

Absolutely AMAZING product. Definitely does what it says it does. Hair is silky smooth in the morning and no fly aways. As someone who has frizzy hair that doesn't always want to cooperate, the bonnet helps settle things down making my morning hair routine a LOT easier. Also like how its reversible so you can choose what colour you want to wear that night.Will DEFINITELY buy again.

I found that the kindness of customer service made up for my disappointment in being unable to use the product. Sometimes things just don't work out for different reasons but they were very kind and helpful and worked with me which is why I am giving them a high rating.
