The absolute worst

The absolute worst. The product is cheap and uncomfortable and for 13 weeks now i have been back and forth emailing for my 30day refund (which was within the 30 days initially) and every reply back is fobbing me off and refusing to give me my refund. STAY AWAY

Once and never again.

Not only did it take a whole month to ship to the EU but they also never provided me with the tracking number from the local curier as well as stated the wrong drop-off location after I had been at uni and couldn't pick it up at home. To top it off, they messed up my phone number (how can you mess up that bad?) but I saw that their Chinese delivery service also never really had my address, only the country, my city, and my first name. How can that information that I typed in during check-out get lost?
On a side note, I am not surprised considering whoever is responsible for creating their email templates can't even get that right. "FWD: Thank you [first name]". Really? For added context, "[first name]" was really in the title of the email, that's not me hiding my first name in this review.
While I was apparently lucky to even get the item in the first place, it's not made of silk and these mishaps mentioned above really ruined my user experience with this company. Never again.

i really love how soft it is but i do…

i really love how soft it is but i do wake to a lot of times without my bonnet on which kinda sucks cause that’s why i boigjt a bonnet with straps but i probably have to do it tighter, it did took a while to get here but for the rest i’m very happy!!

ONE BIG SCAM

Crappy service, not worth the wait.
I had to wait 6 weeks for my order, which only partially arrived and they called it a small delay and ignored my multiple requests for refund.
This is just one big SCAM

Not real silk

I was convinced I was buying pure silk and got cheap satin crap. There's supposedly only 30% silk in them. They pointed out that this information is available if you go digging around their site. I tried to get my money back and they've gone silent. Their guarantee apparently means nothing. Don't waste your money here.

Did not receive my order

I placed the order on the 12th of January and my order was out for delivery since the 22nd of January. I did not receive my order and upon emailing customer service I was told my package was lost during transit. I asked for a refund but was told that their policy states they send a replacement order. I replied with my confirmation on the 21st and I haven’t heard back since. Should I encounter another problem I will be waiting for a refund.

Terrible! Just like the other reviews

Just like the other reviews, thought I was paying a premium price for a quality product. I could have gotten the same item from Temu for under $5, exactly what I was trying to avoid! Poor quality and arrived in cheap packaging direct from China. I bought this for my little girl and there is no way it is going anywhere near her.

Polyester rubbish

It's a total scam. I ordered three bonnets from Silky and when they arrived they were all polyester and definitely not silk. I contacted them and sent an image but didn't receive any further replies. It's now going on months and they are trying to challenge the chargeback I got through my bank.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE - another, very apt review says they'll take your money and run which is our experience. my partner ordered a sage green bonnet for me for christmas, didn't arrive until january, and when it arrived it was an ugly dark teal colour and definitely not even close to silk - the material inside feels abrasive. when she requested a refund, there was no response for weeks, then some BS about a 50% refund because returning it to them would cost us more- as if it should cost us anything! being the more assertive partner, i've now got onto them but they reply once every three weeks if you're lucky. disgusting company, avoid at all costs.

Overall good

At first I didn't receive an order confirmation so I was a bit sceptical but my order arrived without an issue within about 10 days and I'm happy with the products! :)

It's a satin def not silk

It's a satin def not silk. I was bummed about that bc who likes being lied to? Also the colors didn't exactly match what it looked like I was getting. I wear it anyway and my normally soft hair is even softer. I like sleeping with my hair in it, I seem to sweat less on my head. I do have a hard time keeping it on unless it's tight and I can't do that, it's too uncomfortable. But my cpap headgear keeps it in place, so it still works for me. Idk what else could be done to keep it on. I didn't try returning so can't comment on that.

Have requested a seller refund via…

Have requested a seller refund via PayPal as item is not as advertised. 3 bonnets for £38 and they're made out of plastic like material. Can hear it scrunching when you try it on. Waste of money. Hopefully, due to paying via PayPal, I may stand to get some money back. Very glad I didn't use my bank card! Also it took ages to deliver from overseas and had zero packing. Not a luxury item as advertised. Would not give as a gift!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Fake advertising. Terrible most horrible customer service. Emailed for refund on 1st January straight when I got it delivered as it looked cheap and fake silk. We are in end of February and still not received any confirmation from the company of the refund issued. Sent about 30 emails. They keep emailing me back with offers like keep the product and get half refund. Kept telling them I want a full refund and I want to return and still no response. Not to mention the product falls off right of within seconds of moving your head on the pillow. Unless off course you fancy having a headache after tight band over your forehead. Do yourself a favour and buy a silk pillow instead but deffo not from this company. Avoid in all circumstances!
