I had sirloin steak the gourmet version they forgot the sauce and the sirloin I ordered was medium but was really chargrilled overcooked food wasn't that warm was very disappointed my friend had lemon herb chicken was not up to standard.

Took my family for a breakfast this morning no kids menus anywhere asked bar staff was told we don’t to breakfast, (they do as we had one at a different spoons and they had kids menus) then another server read them over the counter that’s no good for my 4 year old,

Ordered via the app food came no drinks till the food was already on the table no apology just poor customer service when someone came over lucky my wife answered before I could cause my answer would of been a lot different

Think bar staff need some customer service training shocking service

I asked the bar staff if the kitchen could do me a plain omelette as I'm on a diet that didn't allow me to eat anything else on the menu and I was told by the young lady, no they couldn't do that, no alternative was suggeated. It wasn't until the young man brought out my friends meal that he said I could have 2 fried eggs and a small bowl of beans for the cost of 2 sides, which is what I ended up having. Would have been nice to have been told this by the 1st member of staff so I could at least eat the same time as my friend. Very poor service in my opinion, I really don't see why the kitchen couldn't do me a plain omelette and charge me the cost of 2 fried eggs?

Petersfield-best. Place in town for a cold breakfast. Consistently cold. 12 out of 12 times. Scrambled egg not mixed and mushed !

Service was good from the man that brought the food to the table, very pleasant. Just a shame that the food wasn’t particularly hot. Obviously been stood a while waiting for all the dishes to be ready.

Came for a meal this evening at J.J.Moons, ordered two chicken bites basket meals
Meal states it comes with 10 chicken bites, coleslaw, sticky soy sauce, rice or chips or salad. Meal arrived and once eating I realised there was no coleslaw!!! Waited on a staff member to which I said we didn’t get the coleslaw with our meals?? Staff member reply was short ……saying “ yeah we run out”” !!!
My reply……well you should have said when we paid for our meals!!!! And at least offered something in replace.to which staff member just walked off. This behaviour is extremely rude and does not put this pub in good standing, not exceptable !!!!

I go to Weatherspoon’s Blackheath. It is a lovely place where the staff employed are nothing but excellent - good tasty pub food which is served up really fast! The staff are wonderful & they even made me a Bloody Mary today. ❤️🙏❤️

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding your staff member
I didn’t have ID I am 33
I had a copy of my passport on my phone
I was refused to be served which I was ok with and said that’s fine and walked away.
My colleague was refused to be served and the staff “manager” said because I was rude.

Firstly I was not rude I walked away gracefully, secondly why is my colleagues refused to be served when they all had ID.

After a short while I went out for a smoke and then I thought let me apologise to your staff who believed I rude, your staff member immediately got defensive and rude and said she doesn’t want to risk her job which is understandable, she was being really horrible to me, I felt discriminated and humiliated front of people, the both staff member ginger and dark short hair, I didn’t get their names.

I am really upset that I was treated like a criminal and humiliated in this manner.

I am a 33 year old respectable woman who works at HSBC headquarters and we was on work event and this experience with your ill mannered staff has hindered my day.

I went with good intention and still my apology was not accepted, the short brown hair lady refused to give me management details and walked away, then the ginger one started on me.

There was no need for these two staff member to be so rude and obnoxious, I felt they dealt with this situation very poorly and to take things so personally is not acceptable. I did not swear or shout or any type of passive aggression, if you have a camera please review the footage.

I am absolutely appalled and would like a written apology.

Some feedback please can your provide training to your staff how to treat customers fair enough I have no ID I have no issues but her tone and aggression was unprofessional to say the least.

As you can tell I I am upset and embarrassed.

Staff definitely have no positive customer training very cold and unapologetic personalities who should treat customers better not a good experience I watched as many customers were treated badly by staff young and old it's not a nice place to be but got to say the two foreign girls are much better than the British members of staff polite with a caring attitude

Food was awful in the Beverley pub would not go back

I have been employed to clean these kitchens by RENTOKIL , I wouldn’t eat anything out of any of these kitchens , I’ve witnessed bugs crawling on food , the lifts that your food goes in are absolutely live with bugs ! Stay away there is a reason it’s very cheap

Omg Weatherspoons Mk really need to address their management programme. Complained that the cocktails were not very nice and out of a tin and the manager Emily came at us with such an attitude, advising us that we cannot complain about the service, even though we weren’t and that we got what we paid for “darlings” . NEW Espresso Martini

Rawson Sheffield. Went for breakfast. Never again I had mushroom Benedict. The muffin wasn’t toasted poached eggs cold and smothered in far too much sauce, my husband had full English and that was cold. Bar staff run off their feet as it was match day, it was obvious there wasn’t enough staff. Won’t be going again

It’s cheap and the pepperoni pizza is pretty good. The comments seems overally harsh. Great place to enjoy a pint with mates

Went to the Crosse Keys. It was very busy yet the four of us were served very quickly throughout. I ordered pub classic steak and kidney pudding, chips, peas, onion & red wine gravy. Gravy was very good but irrelevant with chips (the were also very good but who wants to get them soggy with gravy? Mash would have been a good alternative to offer). Peas were mushy peas, ugh. The pudding was very, very small. Excellent suet pudding surrounding it but the filling is pathetic. Could not discern steak or kidney since there were no pieces, just some minced mush suitable for a baby's first solids. If it had been described as what it is i.e. minced to extinction, I would not have ordered it.

Went to Weatherspoons in Skegness tonight. I ordered Sirloin Steak, Medium Rare, with mushy peas and chips. My steak had obviously been recooked, left over from lunch time, was like rubber and had more fat than meat, was definately not fresh meat, trying to cut through it was like cutting a leather shoe lace. Chips were fine, mushy peas - I had to ask for these as were not on my plate, these were more juice than peas. Other meal was supposed to be Chicken Tikka Curry, really runny and not fresh and not their usual style, chicken was really chewy, nann bread has gone down hill, used to be fluffy but now looks and tastes like a Pitta Bread, it wasn't even browned off. The poppadoms were cooked a second time and were stale, no chutney either. Went and complained to the manager as was extremely disappointed with it all and told him how I felt. The only good thing was the drink and that he gave us a full refund. Message to Wearherspoons .... you will go out of business if you continue to give food like this to paying customers .... sorry to say we won't be coming back.
