I ordered a couple of lights for fitting out my company’s new restaurant, but had to return 2 of them because they were too small. Despite fault was on our side for not properly checking the dimensions before ordering, customer service was very friendly about it. The return and refund processes were also very smooth. Will definitely order from them again for the next project!

Stunning hand made pendant lights! We love them. High quality products delivered on time. Some of them delivered separately, so I emailed the owner of the site- she was so quick to confirm delivery tracking for the remaining lights and they arrived exactly on time.

Picked a few pendant lights and wall lights for my client's new shop. We had to meet the timeline for the shop opening and had a few questions about the lights. The shop owner was very responsive and thorough in answering us. We then had a few back and forth dealing with our client and the shop owner, but thankfully the shop owner was always very patient with us.
All the lights arrived in time for the opening in the end and they look gorgeous! Definitely a very pleasant 5-star experience from start to end - and most importantly, client is also in love with the lights!
