It’s quiet confusing if you want to cancel your subscription, i couldn’t find a way to do it, so i deleted my account, but that wasn’t enough.
However, after contacting the support they were very friendly and helped me quickly with my problem and cancelled the subscription and even gave me a refund, since i didn’t want to fully subscribe in the first place.

Scammers! Fraudsters!
They force you into a subscription and don’t give you any option to cancel the charges. They cleverly charge an initial subscription fee and then link not the card itself, but a card token.
I recommend:
Setting your online purchase limit to 0 so they cannot charge your card
Blocking your card
Contacting your bank and asking them to block charges from this merchant — reissuing your card will not help
I have already reported them to Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other services as fraudulent and urge you to do the same to help protect others.

AVOID - SCAM!
Purchased the $0.99 trial for 3 days, but I was unpleasantly surprised to find out there is no option of cancelling or managing the subscription through their website.
Watch out - this is a perfect SCAM - they will not let you cancel your transaction - therefore they are even going against their own terms & conditions.
I have reached out through mail, chat, Instagram, Facebook and still nothing. I have requested the cancellation of the trial moments after I signed up - if I will be charged I am taking legal action.

Scammed a month Payment reoccurring monthly Payment. And my Payment Bi-Passed my Google Payment so it never showed but did in my Bank account. Only solution was to get new Debit Card. I have Google Pay linked to my Debit Card. Another App I tried did the same. Somehow they can get money from you without Google Pay involved and just go right for your card.

I used the app only one day two months ago, I deleted my subscription and yet in February and now March a charge of 14.99 dollars per month has been charged, I do not have any device or account registered.

I signed up for the trial period and didn't reilase that when you delete your account your subscription would stay active - I reached out to the social media team (specifically on Instagram) received a timely and polite response and had my query resolved - Tom even emailed me a confirmation of our conversation!

I’ve contacted customer service, and they claim that multiple accounts were created or something—which is pure nonsense—because I gave them the email address I use to manage my APS in the App Store, so folks, one warning counts for ten. When chatting with them, they suddenly go offline—what kind of company is this? I’ve never experienced anything like it. I sent them three bank statements proving the charges, and they tell me they can’t do anything with them—more nonsense. If there’s no resolution to this, I’m going to the ACM, and then I’ll forward everything to Kassa Dutch Fraud Investigation Service featured on national TV in the Netherlands, Belgium, and across Europe.
