Classic free trial you can’t cancel
Firstly there is no way to turn an image into a video which I was sure it advertised, since that’s what I was looking for.

Sign up for free trial, no way to cancel. Contact on messenger and email reply is a list of instructions which can’t be completed. You leave the app to pay on the website but there is no way to sign in to the website. You cannot cancel through the app or website. AVOID THE HASSLE AND STAY AWAY!

Customer service was great , quick response and helped me unsubscribe aswell (via instagram). The app itself is abit of a pain seeing that it’s not straight forward when it comes to unsubscribing from a “free trial” or that €0.99 offer they give and end up being charged again 3 days later. Overall if you’re in the same situation you can message them on Instagram and they will help you.

Whilst I don’t agree with the obvious flaw of being able to delete your account so simply and the payment subscription in place, the team were extremely quick to respond and sort the problem out, and even issued a full refund for the overcharge.

I will say that it is very unfortunate that deleting account doesn't automatically cancel subscription furthermore using ig to sign up with no way of tracking what email was used etc seems like a bit of a scam. I would like to cancel like most I did the trial and wasn't impressed with the services however attempt charges have been made. I have messaged on IG because I read that's how you all handle this matter. One shouldn't have to use social media to simple cancel subscription. Would appreciate this matter resolved quickly.
Update I dm'd them on IG per everyone's suggestion and they were extremely helpful and quick about it. If you don't know what email is attached or you've deleted your account they can track it by device. Either way they get the job done swiftly. I was pleased with their customer service.

I can’t cancel my subscription, it’s a joke. Been charged twice since I cancelled, deleted my account and wrote to the support. I have even written to them on facebook. No answer whatsoever. I will continue to call this a FRAUD until someone from Lisa helps me to cancel my subscription and refund me!
