Terrible business or excellent scam?

I have been trying to get a R47000 refund from them for a month, with no luck. I paid my order in full from webantics.com on Jan'18, 10 Weeks later they still could not get stock. As I was able to get a few GTX 1070’s elsewhere at the time, I cancelled my order and submitted a refund form on the 13th of April. After numerous emails and telephonic messages left reception, I still have not received my refund or even a returned phone call.

I do internet purchases all the time, and it is not uncommon for suppliers not to have stock, but never have I experienced this level of poor/non-existent communication and I would love to see if marketing at webantics.com at least replies to this review and what could possibly be their excuse for not wanting to give back my money.

Been dealing with then for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed.

This company is a SCAM.
Do not purchase anything from them.
After ordering a tablet which was clearly marked "in stock",
two days after making payment and sending proof of payment, I was informed that they had no stock left.
I immediately requested a refund. I was then offered different products in an attempt to "up sell" me something else.
I again made it implicitly clear that I wanted a refund immediately.
It has now been more than 7 days since I have requested a refund and I still do not have my money back.

What is going on at this company that they cannot issue a refund.
These guys are con artists that will steal your money
