Plants finally received after courier tried to deliver to wrong house after I delayed delivery for a day.
They were well packaged so not damaged and thankfully alive and well. I also thank someone at the centre in contacting the courier as I was unable to.

ordered three hebe plants. delivered very quickly and the plants were in excellent condition. very impressed.
When an expensive hand tool broke on the second time of using Andy at customer services quickly and efficiently dealt with it. None of the usual hassle arranging a return myself. Within a couple of days the replacement arrived and the broken tool collected.
All of my telephone calls were answered immediately without the dreaded muzak of being kept on hold.
I will make a point of using Webbs again for online purchases and look forward to calling in at the garden centre next time I’m nearby.

Such fantastic customer service from Andy in Webbs Direct. Challenges with the delivery of the first parasol were resolved quickly, efficiently & with such warmth. Even when it looked as though the replacement product might be an issue, Andy went the extra mile & worked with Victoria to produce a helpful video so we could put the cantilever parasol together & it works perfectly. I recently wanted to arrange delivery of a plant as a gift to a friend. I live in the North East but like to shop local if possible. Webbs staff assisted me to identify a flowering plant to meet my needs, taking photographs of stock available in the store and sending them to me to make the final choice .
All the staff I dealt were helpful and understanding of my requirements. The recipient of the gift is also very happy with the outcome.
Well done everyone much appreciated,perhaps I will be able to visit your store when I venture South!

Arrived at cafe in Wychbold today & was shown to table by staff member. After 10 minutes no one had taken our order, but orders were taken from customers who had arrived after us. Enquiries revealed the staff member had forgotten to add our table no. to the list, so they then added us to the bottom of the list! Tired of waiting we left. On the way out I spoke to the errant staff member who just shrugged off her mistake.
Then purchased a bottle of mushroom ketchup from the food hall costing £4.99. A hour later found identical mushroom ketchup in Asda on offer, reduced from £2.10 to £1.60!
Disgusted by the whole “Webbs” experience. Won’t be visiting again.

What a pleasant change to be "looked after" whilst in the restaurant. From being seated to taking the order and delivering it. A smooth operation, nothing too much trouble. Hats off to all their staff, especially Lee, who took on a bit of Spanish, and delivered it flawlessly.

Took our food order, we got the food and they never approached us again , we decided after we had eaten had waited so long we would avoid dessert just have coffee and leave, I had to go in search of the waitress explained we hadn’t been approached since first arriving she appeared completely uninterested, I ordered our latte coffees then we sat and waited for an eternity AGAIN , it was becoming totally ridiculous , during this time we heard 3 other tables complaining, we almost left but had paid earlier and therefore was determined to get our coffees when they eventually arrived we finished them and left truly awful service.
On leaving we heard a waitress telling the queue there is a minimum wait of 20 minutes ? ours took 40 minutes and even when simple coffees had been ordered it took over another 20 minutes!
Would not recommend ..

Really disappointed with my recent purchase from Webbs online. I bought a handful of things and paid postage for these, days later to be told it had been shipped but that they didn’t have one of the items I’d ordered (which typically had been the main reason for my order). I asked for a refund of postage due to this and I was completely ignored. I would not order again.

I ordered something online and it had a smudge on it so they offered me a partial refund. Service was fast and the associate was understanding and nice.
I came across some offers from Webbs on the internet by chance . This is the first time I have ordered from them and have to say the process was faultless. In fact I received my items promptly, well packed and not disappointed with the items . I had one additional request on receipt of my goods and webbs were very quick to respond and support .
I can’t praise the customer service I received from Webbs highly enough. It’s the first time I had purchased anything from them. My item arrived damaged. I called up and was told it would be replaced, there was no quibble or anything, I was just asked to send a photo and within 30 mins they had organised a courier to delivery new item and collect damaged one. It’s when there is a problem with your goods that you see the customer service that a company has in place. Webbs’ customer service is brilliant so you can buy in complete confidence which is great in an online shopping world!!!! I look forward to making my next purchase! I highly recommend them.
Another incredible real Christmas tree from Webbs. My partner, dog and I went Saturday morning to get our tree with the members offer (as we do every year) it’s such a fantastic offer and for £31.50 the trees are amazing, everyone at Webbs is so informative, helpful and friendly. We paid for our tree then visited the new dog friendly cafe (thank you for building this!), we purchased more bits and the wonderful till operative who hadn’t served us before asked us if we would be decorating our tree we’d put in the car earlier today or tomorrow, it’s just the attention to detail that keeps us coming back year after year!
We visited the store at Wychbold today and were very disappointed with the whole experience. We arrived early to get a seat in the cafe as we were meeting up with family. Our drinks were ordered and 50 minutes later we were still waiting for them. We asked a member of staff if we had been forgotten only to be told they would be served as soon as possible. I really do think 90 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to be served. We will not be rushing back.
