I had a great experience with Webbs…
I had a great experience with Webbs Motorcycles, particularly their clothing department. Communication throughout was excellent, with clear updates and quick responses from Ali at every stage. Even when there were delays from the supplier, they were proactive, honest, and went above and beyond by offering a discount and keeping me fully informed. The return and refund process was handled quickly and smoothly with no hassle at all. Really impressed with the level of customer service and support, and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Motorbike helmet refund
Ordered a motorbike helmet that was not perfectly put together (probably from factory) and I just wanted to praise the customer service team that not only got back to me on the same day I emailed but were super helpful and polite and just great to see amongst other companies try at treat refunds and customer service poorly.
