Purchased an item but it did't fit in my kitchen. I emailed them about returning it to which they responded saying mail it back to their PO BOX and we will refund your money once we receive the item.
It has been 2 weeks since they received the item, I've sent them 3 follow up emails and no response.
Trying to weasel out of refunding me
Webky sold me a shoddy product:
Ryobi 18V ONE+ Hand Vacuum With Powered Brush
It arrived and was faulty, barely any suction at all!
I contacted Ryobi and Webky about it, Ryobi declared it's 100% fault and needs to be returned by Webky is trying to say it's not faulty and i'm just "changing my mind" and wants me to pay to ship it back rather than give me a return label
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I would've bought WAY more from them but forget it.
