Lies, no customer service and broken promises
My Mum ordered a couch back in February, this company has charged her almost $400 and have still not given her a delivery date... Most likely because they're just scammers. The measurements for products on their site aren't even real measurements. They claim to be an Australian company, based in Sydney however that's a blatant lie because they're not in Australia at all, they're in China. Don't waste your money or time with this site, the positive reviews of this store are actually written by the fake company itself if you actually take the time to look at the reviews so beware.

We are very sorry your mother felt upset during the waiting process. We completely understand that waiting for a customised sofa longer than expected can be frustrating.
The sofa ordered was a made-to-order customised product, as your mother selected a specific fabric colour. We do mention on both the product page and invoice that customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, including delays caused by shipping and transit time.
Your mother did contact us asking about the delivery timeframe, and we explained that the order happened to be placed during our factory holiday closure period, when production had temporarily stopped. Unfortunately, international container shipping at that time was also experiencing unusually long delays, which extended the lead time further than normal. We genuinely apologise for this.
That said, we are very glad the sofa was ultimately delivered safely to your mother.

We understand delays can cause concern, especially for large furniture purchases, but every genuine order placed with us is fulfilled and delivered.
