Shop selling products they don't actually have in stock. Waited 3 or 4 days, then noticed it had been refunded. No communication. Rather annoying 🙄.

My order got cancelled later on the day it was purchased You cancelled my order and refunded the money to PayPal for no reason whatsoever

We didn’t receive our order. Was issued a refund with no explanation, whilst also receiving messages saying the order was being processed. Very confusing and no answer to my online query.

My order was for some reason cancelled without any explanation. I just received a refund via PayPal and was never told why this happened.

Order didn't arrive, tried to contact them by call but constantly engaged, email not responded to either. Good job I paid with PayPal to get the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Was sent the wrong colour (ordered green, received blue). I have sent 3 emails over the last 3 weeks asking if I could please be sent the green one (as green is my son's favourite colour) and no one has responded. Very poor customer experience and I won't be buying from here again

The retractable lead with torch is fantastic just what we need. For when we go with the caravan saves carrying a torch at night when taking Holly out.

Ordered some pet supplies for my cats in October. Never received goods monies have been taken out of my account emailed company had no reply tried ringing company no response as no one answered phone. Still not heard or received anything from them complete waste of time!! Wouldn’t recommend them at all

I haven’t received my order yet and neither has the courier it was ordered 11 November I’ve tried phoning but is continuously engaged I’ve had to pay for next day delivery from another supplier but still waiting from webpets

Non existent customer service. They sent me the wrong item which was lower value than what I ordered. Never answered any complaint emails and the phone number doesn't work. Have returned the item and don't hold out much hope of a refund. Do not buy from this company.

The product I bought appeared to be in stock when I bought it only to then get an email from the company saying it was out of stock and they would refund my money. Not a great website if it’s not linked up with stock levels and inconvenient for the custiner

I was sent the wrong, lower value item. After 3 weeks of numerous email complaints they still haven't even acknowledged their mistake, let alone refunded me. Phone number is a constant dial tone. I believe this company is a scam, do not buy from them. I have raised a PayPal dispute to try to get my money back.

Horrible experience. After 5 days of not receiving nothing I sent them email, they didn’t even reply, I sent another and no answer again. I just got refund after one week and that’s it.
Don’t loose your time and money with this company.

I ordered a double car cage for my two Miniature Schnauzers and was delighted by the product. Delivery was prompt and it was easy to construct. It was also very reasonably priced.
