Crazy, so many bad reviews

Crazy, so many bad reviews and I've reviewed other trading brokers and given them 1 star and would give zero if allowed. I've been trading for over two years and Webull is one I've stuck with since I started. They're always improving things and their charts and general setup is much cleaner and easier to use than the others. They lack a few indicators and tools to help chart but they seem to always add them eventually. I don't work for Webull either.

Terrible to use I put a thousand pounds in done everything right wanted to buy some shares on the Hong Kong Stock Market it wouldn't let me buy come up with non-time trading all the time I tried to contact customer service you've just got a stupid Autobot all the time that just sends the same thing back to you whatever you ask for even if you ask for human assistance no customer backup the only good thing is you can get take your money out fast that was not a problem

Webull SUCKS

Webull is a horrible site ….. they BLOCK your posts when you speak truth when you share news before they issue it and they allow trash posts to run the show. Their IT service team is full of liars and BS incompetent ppl
Who do little to nothing to fix the problems. Taking my 6,000 followers and we are moving on bc of this bs.

You are beyond last in line for trades…

You are beyond last in line for trades at WeBull. If you're buying or selling at the current price your order will never, ever go through. The price needs to move on to the next higher price before a sell clears, earning them additional profit on every share. Example: If a stock is at $10.00 and you put in an order to sell at $10.00, and the stock trades heavily all day at that price, you never sell your shares. As soon as the first sale at $10.01 happens, yours instantly clears at $0.01 below what people are trading for. No.commissions, but youre beyond at the back of the line.

I'm Suspicious About WeBull.com

I joined Eddie Moon's YouTube channel, Patreon and Discord. He says he uses Webull.com and is looking for investors.

Eddie Moon instructed me to deposit funds into their trading bot, which is located at webulltradingbot.com. I searched for webulltradingbot.com on Google and the search results were not encouraging.

I tried contacting Webull customer support multiple times regarding their association with webulltradingbot.com, but I never received a response.

Almost impossible to get your money out!

I have had my money invested through my Webull account for over 2 years. I recently went through a move, which necessitated the opening of a new bank account and withdrawing my funds from Webull.

I verified my new bank account through their micro-deposit method and then initiated a withdrawal request. The website then required me to upload "a SCREENSHOT of my BANK ACCOUNT PAGE that includes my name, address, and full account number". I did them one better by uploading a full two-page printout of my bank account page with all of that information, rather than just a mere screenshot.

To my surprise, I got a message a few days later saying that my withdrawal request had been denied without any additional information. So I reached out to their support team and received a response saying that they need an actual BANK STATEMENT, and not just the printout or SCREENSHOT of my bank account page. So I went back to my bank once again and asked for a copy of my statement that included my name, address, and full account number. They said they don't provide statements with the full account number, but that they would happily provide me with a bank statement and a letter of proof of account ownership, which was signed, stamped, and dated on official letterhead and which included my name, address, and account number, as well as other information. I scanned these two documents and uploaded them to Webull along with another request for withdrawal. On the bank statement, I had typed a little note in a blank area of the page explaining that this document doesn't include all 3 pieces of required information on the same form, and so to please refer to the other uploaded document which is an official letter of account ownership.

I then spoke to a Webull representative via chat, who informed me that the bank statement was null and void because of the note I had typed. I told her that that document didn't contain all of the necessary information anyway and that I had only uploaded it as supplementary evidence for the official letter of account ownership. And that along with the previously uploaded printout of my bank account page, all of the documents could be matched and cross-referenced. The representative was extremely short, and without explaining the validity or invalidity of the letter of ownership, all she said was that I needed to have a new copy of the bank statement with no notes typed on it. I was already at work by this time and the documents were back at home, so I told her I’d have to run home and I asked if there was a link or something I could upload the statement to in order to expedite the process. She told me something to the effect of how extremely insecure something like that would be, and she told me that I would just need to start a new chat with someone else as soon as I have the statement. ALL OF THIS, MIND YOU, AFTER I HAD ALREADY SECURELY LINKED MY ACCOUNT THROUGH THEIR MICRO-DEPOSITS METHOD AND SUPPLIED THEM WITH 3 DOCUMENTS VERIFYING MY BANK ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP. So I left work, went back home, rescanned the bank statement, and came back to work to start a new chat. It was 4:02 in the afternoon, and the chatbot told me they were closed for the day and that their hours are 9:00 to 4:15, which should have meant they were still open. But anyway, now that things had become so muddled again with this withdrawal request, I decided to cancel that one and initiate a third withdrawal request.

I wrote a letter through the chat portal and also sent an email to customer support, so I will see what happens. But I have a feeling that the next person is going to tell me that the bank statement doesn't have all of the required information. It is obvious that they are giving me the runaround and do not care whatsoever to take an extra minute and help their customers out. I have jumped through every single hoop that they've put in front of me to try and get my money out, and they are making it impossible. The representative was incredibly rude, and it was obvious that she had no interest in helping me resolve this issue. On the contrary, she was terse and impersonal, and she seemed all too happy to say "no" to everything she possibly could. I was polite and friendly toward her throughout the entire chat, but she was predisposed to making my life as hellish as possible before I even picked up the phone. My kind words and friendly tone did nothing to soften her, and she never once showed any predilection for wanting to actually help me.

Any reasonable person can plainly see that this is my bank account. Rather than treating their security policies as a tool to keep their customers safe, it is clear to me that they instead use them as a cudgel to hold onto your money as long as possible. After all of this frustration and high blood pressure, even if I get my money out I will never trust my money to Webull again.

I had no problem depositing money into…

I had no problem depositing money into my Webull account. But, then they moved my crypto to Webull pay. I tried multiple times to download webull pay, but, was unable to. I received absolutely no help from Webull. I contacted them several times, and explained what was going on. Each time all they would say was, Webull pay is downloadable and made it seem like it was my fault. So I sold everything,but, then was unable to withdraw any money. So I uninstalled the Webull app. Unlinked my bank account and contacted them again. But, received no help.They still have my money, and, I have no way of getting it back. Everytime I try, they give me the runaround.

Sent my girlfriend an email with a…

Sent my girlfriend an email with a referral link so that we could both receive 20 fraction shares. Girlfriend signed up clicking on the referral link in her Emails and using her email Address to sign up with. Low and behold, no 20 shares each, she only received 4 and I received 0.

Contacted Customer Service who stated that there is no referral link attached to the Account and nothing can be done about it!

As others have stated, stay away from them as they have zero Customer Service. Another Industry would have said, "Please accept our apologies, I'll add the shares manually for you now. Is there anything else I can do for you?"

Customer support is non-existent

Customer support is non-existent. If you get stuck, you are 100% on your own and good luck getting your money out. They'll run EVERY play they can to lock you out of that account.

Amazing

Signed up and invested £1.50 and got 30 free shares worth over £50! Was very skeptical that it was a scam but the withdrawal went through after I sold them and money went into my bank! Has given me a bit of a bug for investing so will definitely be using them in future

sold my xlm-usd today for .1084 without my permission stay far away from them. I checked prices never traded that low where they get that price ??? Broken system

I am a client of Webull brokerage firm. I am a victim of their broking system. Here is my store, On September 15th, 2023. I placed a stop-limit order that was Good until canceled at 15:33:15 EDT to sell 177 Shares of Tesla ($TSLA) stock at a price $276.97 and the stock went up on the same day at 16:00:00 EDT to $278 and my order didn't execute. I called the broker on Monday through chat and the phone to reach a solution to that order but they refused to admit their system failure and because of their broken system I became the victim of it.

Webull does not have real customer…

Webull does not have real customer service. The mobile app is a mess, transferring funds within Webull is a total nightmare because you have to do it on a mobile device. The service is terrible. I’m closing my account and moving to a reputable broker that had customer service that we can call. It’s obvious that the little customer service that Webull has is outsourced to India. Which do no understand the way American’s communicate. There are no real trains videos as well.
