I loved Webull at first

I loved Webull at first. Was smooth, user friendly, easy to use. Then you started telling me my bank account wasn't compatible. Then you told me my other checking account wasn't compatible either. Tried again a year later with an entirely different checking account, and guess what? You won't accept that one either. So your service is now useless to me. What's the point? Way to lose a customer. 👍

Difficult to Withdraw your funds

It's easy to deposit your money into Webull, not so easy to withdraw it. Webull verified my bank account using small deposits / withdrawal and I have deposited and withdrawn funds from Webull using ACH thereafter. I was dissatisfied with their service and indicated that I was withdrawing the rest of my funds. When I attempted to withdraw my money Webull presented me with a pop-up, demanding that I read and agree to third party agreements with Plaid. There were no other options so when I did not agree I could not withdraw my money. Being forced to agree is not agreement, it is coercion. Everyone has the right to choose who to share their personal banking information with and shouldn't be forced, as Webull is doing, to share it with a third party. It is also not right that Webull retain my funds illegally.

Get out of here you lowlifes

Get out of here you lowlifes! I've been more stressed than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, and they've been playing mind games like it's their job. After wasting months with them, I've got nothing to show for it. if I were you, I'd steer clear to avoid that whole mess. now i'm riding high with echelonis elitus, they've been straight-up saving me from this dumpster fire.

Say no to webull

Stay away from webull if you want to grow your money. This broker frequently apply liquidation practice at significant loss to your portfolio , just before the market made a favourable reversal. This action was not in line with the fiduciary duty to me as an investor and may have violated regulatory standard. It happened so many time during my time trading with Webull. I will report to #Finra

Horrible Interface

Horrible Interface. You have to claim your "free" stocks in a limited amount of time. Robinhood actually just gives them to you. Will be closing my account as soon as I can figure out how.

Webull is all bullsh… and no We

Webull is all bullsh.. and definitely no We. They have the longest clearing times. Worst customer service. Really bad communication but I gave them one star because they seem very happy mismanaging your money and very quick to respond that they can do nothing.

A horrible broker!

A horrible, horrible broker similar to Robinhood. This is more of an organization design to take advantage of retail traders. I placed a limit order for my position to sell, and instead of Webull processing that sale they didn’t. despite the price going past my limit order price. I need to get out of the stock before the reverse split. It’s clear they didn’t want that instead of selling the stock they just left it sitting in my account and then canceled the limit order after 8 o’clock!

The promotion of free stocks is a scam

The promotion of free stocks is a scam. It doesn't state the deposit for the full promo has to be made intially, but that is the requirement. Also, if you want a headache use this site. You'll love the red a green flashing lights. Trading is also not intuitive. You can't trade from your wishlist. You have to navigate around to find out how to initiate a trade somewhere else. I think I'm going back to ETrade, much simpler to use.

Poor Customer Service/Assistance

I reached out to them for assistance and got an automated response that someone will be with me shortly. Almost 3 days later, their "Shortly" has not materialized and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me to resolve a problem. I guess their "Shortly" has a different meaning. Very difficult to get good help from Webull every time I reach out for help. This is not the first time I have had challenges getting assistance from Webull. I would recommend a different trading platform.

Horrible Customer service

Horrible Customer service, ACATS transfer process is horrible and takes over a month, I guess the Chinese don't believe in hiring decent customer service employees! Avoid this company like the plague! Go to Schwab the trading tools are even better and it's a real bank, with professional employees!

Fumi holdings leaves you fuming!

Really really terrible customer service, apparently they don't believe in that concept. Rude, arrogant disrespectful brokers,Alan is one of the name.

if you can manage to get one on the line. if you ask for a manager, you have to wait for a call back. And you'll wait, and you'll wait, and you'll wait. Get the picture? Tell one and tell all, stay away from this crooked Chinese owned company at all measures or they will rob you blind like the great depression!

I’ve been using the platform for 6…

I’ve been using the platform for 6 months. I have a tiny account. I was going to grow it to 1 mill. But this is a scandalous money stealing platform. DO NOT TRADE. Very dishonest. In the last month they stole from me 4x. And they don’t give you the full money you should get from a winning trade. I will place two trades at the same time on Webull and another brokerage. I always get 50% more from the other brokerage. This morning I sold 6 vz was up $45, how about when it executed it took -$60 from my account. I executed 4 vz at another brokerage at the same time and made $90. When I called customer service they was unconcerned. I told they this is the 4th time the brokerage in the last month stole money from me. If I had a large account with let’s say 200 contracts instead of 6, that would have been a lot of money stolen from me. STAY AWAY. THEY WONT GIVE YOU THE PROPER AMOUNT FROM A WINNER TRADE AND THEY STEAL LARGE AMOUNTS FROM A WINNING TRADE. SCANDALOUS COMPANY. I’m transferring my money out today!!!!

Don’t get bamboozled by Webull’s deceptive advertising…

Webull’s web promotion said, “Check out this limited time offer! Deposit and fund your brokerage account and get up to 75 FREE fractional shares! Each share is valued between $3 - $3,000!”

To fully qualify for the 75 shares you had to deposit $25,000. So I made two initial deposits which doubled the required amount and I kept the balance for the required 30 day period. So you can imagine my surprise when they only sent me 20 fractional shares instead of the promised 75. Their excuse came from the fine print — that I did not make a single deposit even-though my two deposits were made near consecutively before the account had even been approved.

I tried numerous attempts by phone and email to resolve this issue and get them to honor the original advertisement/promotion (I even spoke to an account manager). They refused.

I was surprised at just how bad the customer service was. I think any reasonable customer would feel as I do —that they completely bamboozled me to get me to become a customer through deceptive advertising.

Moreover, their customer service is very difficult to contact by phone. They only run East Coast hours which means they won’t take your calls after 1 PM PST. And when you do call expect to be on hold for minimum of 10 to 15 minutes.

Finally, it also takes them much longer than other brokers for your deposits, and account to clear. So expect to wait a week to 10 days before being able to use your account.

I sure wish someone had warned me, that I would be in for a very rough ride. In sum it’s been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would recommend avoiding the service altogether or at the very least you read all the fine print before doing any business with them… and by all means don’t trust their advertisements.

1/2 star would be more appropriate.

Scam Alert very fishy this company…

Scam Alert very fishy this company should be investigated. They are taking people money illegally on trades. My contracts expired today. I did a rolling order at market Value and they never pushed my order through and just took 150 contracts. I have had 10+ examples of prices changed and the numbers don’t add up. When you ask them where they get there data they won’t disclose it.
