Returns

I have had to send back a number of different things I wrongly bought in the last few weeks. The return process has been stress free and the communications good. Full marks for customer service.

Sent wrong item.went to store to return…

Sent wrong item.went to store to return the item and was told original item would be re-sent.instead got a refund a few days later.which then told me to re order product.product was sold already.no promised call or confirmation email as promised from store assistant.then had to re buy from another site at more cost and wait.

Sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. Our items are listed as per their specifications, but we can never negate the factor of human error.

I have highlighted this case to the store management so their buy-in and dispatch procedures can be reassessed.

Should there be any discrepancies raised, we advise customers to return the item so it can be checked by our team, and a resolution can be offered as per our online returns policy.

We try to fulfil as many replacement requests as possible but, in case the item is out of stock or if a replacement cannot be processed for any reason, in such cases, a refund is provided to the original mode of payment.

Missing accessory, no reasonable resolution

Bought a Corsair K70 RGB PRO keyboard from CeX. The advertised product image showed the keyboard with the wrist rest included, but mine arrived without it. I contacted support and was told the wrist rest is considered a “non-essential accessory” because the keyboard still functions without it, so they refused any partial refund or store credit.

The keyboard works, but it feels incomplete and the missing wrist rest affects comfort and overall value. Disappointing handling of what should have been a simple partial resolution.

For items graded as Grade B or Grade C, only the essential components necessary for the item to function as intended are provided. Non-essential accessories such as a wrist rest will not be included with these grades. This is a standard part of our grading framework, which is designed to offer customers a more flexible and cost-effective purchasing option while ensuring full functionality of the core product.

They are really lovely and nice and helped me with a problem with the hard drive plastic shell and replaced it for me also they let me swap a console for a new one so I think they brilliant and would very highly recommend to people
