Unfortunately, you financed the Mazda at the peak of the pandemic when prices were artificially high, and you owe thousands more than the car is worth in today's market. We sympathize with your situation but are not able to pay above market value to cover your negative equity. You can take it to any dealer, and they will tell you the same.
I see you booked an appointment even though the valuation estimate was thousands less than you owe. Our team was honest and transparent with you and set appropriate expectations to save you making a wasted trip and we're sorry that your difficult situation with negative equity has caused you to have a negative opinion of us. Easy way to sell a car
Fair price. Good communication about coming to see the car.
Allentown arranged for someone from Philadelphia to buy the car. I appreciated that very much. She was running late, 1 hour, but kept me updated.
It took 2 hours to process the paperwork after the test drive, which I thought was overly long.
It took 3 days to come pick up the car. I was never told it would take that long. The car was parked in a private lot, but the owners were understanding.

The entire selling process was painless and transparent as was my other three cars. David checked my car thoroughly and tried his best to come close to the valuation I received on their website and when I had initially declined to do the deal, he didn’t pressure me at all. With there only being a $550 difference between where he came in at and where I needed to be, it wasn’t worth it to walk away. I took the deal.
To get the most for your car, go to ‘We Buy Any Car.’ They paid off my loan with very little cash out of pocket. My goal was to get my car paid off and I accomplished that. Thank you David.

Unfortunately, our branch manager discovered damage to the 2007 Mazda we were previously unaware of. The vehicle had structural damage as rust had chewed through parts of the undercarriage including the floor panel, left and right-side real rail and left-side front rail. There was a fluid leak and suspension noise present, and the vehicle was in rough shape overall. With 268,000 miles on the odometer, the vehicle was nearing end of life and we had to take this new information into consideration when making our firm offer.
We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations regarding price.
